Description of Work: They sent a crew (not their "regular" crew, and the work done was not as I expected. I expected full edging, weeding, trimming and clean-up. While many leaves were raked and bagged, the bags were left without notification of when they would be picked up. There were some weeds left growing in my fence line and beds. After calling the office their regular crew managher stopped by with an apology and sent the guys to complete the clean-up the next day. By that time my regular lawn guy had done most of the clean-up. They removed the bags left the previous day. I do not believe the job warranted the cost.

Description of Work: I did not use Paul. I received a quote from him which seemed in line with other quotes received. The issues I had were: - Not detailed quote. Was very limited in detail of what was provided. Example "build 7 retaining walls". Could understand size, height, length, where they were being placed, etc. - The concern came once I started to ask questions. Items I had communicated I wanted were not included or not designed as I had requested. Everything I ask was "Ooh that would be more money". I went with another provider who provided a design diagram and detailed quote that left nothing to guess at.

Description of Work: I am so disappointed in Paul's landscaping. I actually joined Angie's list just to find a quality landscaper and at first thought he was the one! He came out and gave me a bid and I really liked and trusted him. Unfortunately, when it was time to book the job, he bailed, like so many other Austin contractor experiences I have had. I got the run around by his office manager everything from 'family emergency, Paul's on holiday this week, we'll call you next week, I'm so sorry, our workers are late getting their worker permits.' I was told Jan 5 the work could be done in 2 days and book 2 weeks out. I tried to book starting feb 10 and still Paul's landscaping is giving me the run around (March 18) Totally discouraging. I encourage you all to go somewhere else.

Description of Work: Paul's Lawn installed irrigation, built a flagstone patio and grill pad, installed grass, plants and xeriscape in less than 2 weeks. Really great, hardworking crew that were always professional. They cleaned up sidewalks, alley and driveway every day when they were finished. Paul was always available by phone for questions, and was often on site to review progress. The whole project went better than we expected, and the results are beautiful! We'll definitely hire them again for any landscape needs we may have.

Description of Work: Front yard landscaping, rock work, installed irrigation system, laid new grass. Everything went great. Paul and his crew are a pleasure to work with. Very timely and professional and most importantly affordable. Their bid was the best we could find and their quality of work did not disappoint. Already planning on using them for another project in our back yard in the spring!

Description of Work: Adjusted sprinkler heads and add two more sprinkler heads.

Description of Work: Paul's cut my lawn and trimmed my edges. They came when they said they would come and did what they said what they would do.

Description of Work: Checked system. Reset all times and zones. Repaired all sprinkler heads that were not functioning properly. Raised some sprinkler heads that were too low. Replaced some heads at no extra charge. Charged only for time, not supplies. Excellent service.

Description of Work: A young man came to the house and inspected all of the sprinkler heads. He identified that I need to raise the majority of the heads as they were installed years ago and the grass has grown higher than the height of the heads. He also identified a few leaking heads and those that are not aligned properly. He quoted me a price to do all of the work which I thought was doable, and asked him to give me an idea of when they could do the work. I received email quotes from Paul's for other services which worked rather well, however I never got a follow through for this service. That would be my only complaint about the service.

Description of Work: I bought the DEAL to get my sprinklers tuned up. The guy that came was friendly and professional. I had advised in advance that I needed a broken line fixed before he could tweak the sprinklers, I knew this would be extra. He repaired the line and finished the adjusting the sprinklers even though it had started to rain and was getting dark. |I couldn't be happier with the price and service, no hard cell or hidden charges.

Description of Work: They adjusted the spray radius and length of throw on all heads. Replaced one that was damaged. Very helpful and polite.Took 2 hours and then they were willing to return for a final adjustment on one head.

Description of Work: Did a complete auto sprinkler check and found a couple of sprinklers not working and one that needed to be moved. They came back and did the work. Done completely to my satisfaction.
