Brian has done my inspections for a long time. He's punctual, reliable, honest and personable. What I like best about Brian is that he takes the time to explain to the home buyer which conditions are serious and which ones aren't. I can't recommend him enough.

He is exactly the kind of inspector I would have hoped for if I had known what to expect. I highly recommend him! Brian responded immediately to my phone call and was able to fit me in very quickly for the inspection. He recommended that I be there for the inspection, which was crucial. He was exceedingly thorough and explained so many things that I had no idea about. He even made sure to show me how the doors lock correctly to make sure I would be safe. I was so happy to have his seal of approval and thrilled when he said I was getting a great house. He wrote up the report and sent it that night, as promised. It's so refreshing to find someone so competent, pleasant, and nice, who is also so good at his job.
