+ -1 moreWhile being a first time home buyer I could not have been more pleased with Darren's service. He documented everything that could be found and explained to us how it should be and suggestions, not as an expert as to what it should look like. We received our report in record time and it was very thorough. Our real estate agent was very impressed and wants contact info to add to her list of inspectors to clients to use in the future. We are purchasing a new inventory home (ie. prebuilt) and our builder basically said "give us the report and we'll fix it." Having the report as backup is gold. I will be certain to use Darren again when our 1 year builder's warranty runs out.
