We hired them to replace our galvanized steel gutters on our 18,000 square feet commercial building. Josh and his crew were prompt and did a very professional job installing the gutter system and hauling away the debris. The night after the install, we had a big rainstorm and one of my units leaked. Since the leak was within 12 feet of the gutters, I assumed that it was a gutter issue. Josh drove back out, climbed on the roof and traced down the leak to a rusted screw in our metal roof. After he sealed this screw, he spent over 2 hours checking the roof to make sure we didn't have another problem (at no charge). As a result, I recently hired him to do another major roofing job for me. Same results; great value and great people to work with on a project!

The whole process was smooth and easy. They came out and gave me a quote that was more than competitive. In fact, they were the least expensive (by a wide margin) of the 3 quotes I received from larger companies. The hed a lot of colors to chose from so I was able to match existing gutters. A few days later I received an email with the scheduled time for the installation and all I had to do was email back with a confirmation and everything was set. I didn't even need to be home for the job. The crew that came out to do the job were professional and courteous. In about 2-3 hours they were finished with the job (new gutters on the back of my house), cleaned up and gone. That evening it rained and I found a small leak at a seam where the roofline changes angles. The same crew was out the next morning and made it right. That afternoon I received a phone call from the owner asking if everything was satisfactory and it was only then that I paid for the job over the phone with a credit card.

We had Berger install the Rhino gutter guards on our home, to the second floor gutters. Excellent pricing, efficient work, and very attentive. I strongly recommend using this company!!

Super nice people, both in office and out. But my bad, I assumed that for $150 for cleaning my gutters, that they would take the debris with them. I'll ask next time because I will use them again. And maybe they took a lot with them, the gutters were full..

Berger Home Services gets kudos because they didn't try to sell me unnecessary work. My gutters needed cleaning and some minor repairs. Two other contractors told me I needed new gutters. The worker arrived promptly, worked hard and did a great job. Price was reasonable.

Very nice sales staff, jut have a issue with communication, they have been out two times, but job has not been completed. I called again, they were really pleasant on the phone and agreed to come back out and make the correction. It would be better if they let me know when they are coming! so I can be home so I can show them where the problem is. Hopefully, they will get it right the third time!

Small job, but they had to make three trips. Second trip was to bring the leaf guards that they forgot. Third trip was to rework a very small section that looked like they hammered it into fitting.

Very professional and came out on time per our appointment time. Installed gutters exactly as I wanted. Other companies gave me reasons why my downspouts had to be located in certain spots but Berger put them exactly where I wanted. It has already rained and everything works great.

They came out and gave us a quote and when we were ready for the job to begin, they promptly came and installed the gutters. They followed up with us to be sure that we were completely satisfied with the install. I enjoyed working with them because of their great customer service and commitment to quality work. The men who worked to install our gutters were fast, efficient, excellent at their jobs, and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. We had about 225 feet of gutters plus the downspouts installed and thought it was going to take at least a day. They were like a symphony. They knew what they were doing and got it done in 2 1/2 hours. We couldn't be happier.

We needed only one gutter replaced at this time, which isn't a big job. Others wouldn't even come out to quote or wanted to upsell to the entire house, but Berger Home Services quoted on exactly what we wanted! They were prompt in setting up a quote and also to install the gutter. All professional and courteous, and clean! We highly recommend them and will call on them for our next gutter cleaning and replacement.

David, Brandy and Josh were excellent in every aspect of this process. Brandy was quick to respond to my emails, David was absolutely great to talk to, and Josh kept me informed when the day came for installation. They were a tad bit more expensive than another contractor I spoke to but the customer service and friendly demeanor won me over. I trusted they would do the job right over do the job cheap.
