Done same day I called. Very fast and professional.

I had this company work on my plumbing last Monday. The plumber did replace the PRV. But he did a sloppy job: He was messy, allowing mud to get into the pipe; he allowed a dirty rubber O-ring (full of mud covering it) to be put in a pipe joint; in the end, he left a small leak unfixed at the input side of the city's water meter. And he left the PRV positioned at an angle that will be difficult to access (to adjust water pressure) later with respect to the protective green cylinder and cover lid (He would have left the PRV pointed towards the side of the cylinder if he didn't respond to my request to make an adjustment, which would have left the PRV entirely inaccessible. Actually, if he turned his wrench a little bit more, it would have left it much easier to access). After all, this company is over charging (I had a property with a new PRV added or inserted into a water supply system for $350 just 2 years ago).

Fine but their bid was above market price so we found another highly qualified master plumber to do some of the essential work. Other work that involves more extensive plumbing work and carpentry has to wait.

Was lucky and was able to get service within a few hours. Serviceman diagnosed the problem; was prepared with tools and materials necessary to complete the repair; serviceman was knowledgeable, careful around the fixtures, and worked at a pace that was thorough but efficient, attention to all details ; cleaned up the area when finished. Cost of service was very fair !

Work was completed in a timely manner and plumbed explained how to approach the problem in the future.

Great. The only hitch was that an earlier job ran over but Excalibur called to let me know about the delay.

They came on short notice, did an hour of work to clean the drain and replace the standpipe. The cost was extremely reasonable and the worker was highly professional.

The technician arrived on time and completed the services promptly. He did not leave a mess. I found the technician extremely qualified and the scheduling and management professional.

Service was great! He installed the faucet in our new kitchen sink which required moving some of the plumbing around to accommodate the new drain location. We thought our garage fridge was leaking, but he figured out that it was actually a leak in the pipe of the garage sink. All work was completed on time, quickly, and professionally.

The gas stub had to be moved down about 1 foot in order for my new range to be flush against the wall. Alan from Excaliber came & gave me a free estimate. I was very pleased with the price especially when my Angie's List discount was applied. The work was done promptly & Alan thoroughly clean up the area. I am very pleased & will call Excaliber with any future plumbing needs.

I was told right from the beginning that they would work on it for 30 mins. and if they felt they could not unclog the sinks there would be NO CHARGE for their service . About 25 mins. later my problem was fixed . I even had another company that quoited $1,100.00 because they said the plumbing was done incorrectly and they would have to get up on the roof to try and repair it and if they couldn't I still had to pay the $1,100.00 . Excalibur charged me only $179 ( after taking off my $60 off Angie's list coupon) . Needless to say Excalibur will be getting all my business in the future . The technician showed up on time and was friendly and professional. He was able to fix the problem. Ultimately he just had to adjust a screw which was a minimum charge of $199 minus $60 for Angieslist customers. The work was good but the minimum price was a little disappointed given the limited nature of the work performed.

The service, communication and execution by Excalibur Plumbing was outstanding. I shopped many different plumbers and they were by far the most reasonable, offering an extended warranty for less than many competitors no warranty offers. I will definitely use Excalibur in the future as needed!

Perfectly - completed in about 10 minutes.

I called to set up an appointment. That all went fine and I was given a date and 3-4 hour time range. The problem is that nobody showed up during the scheduled time range or any other day/ time for that matter. I never received any communication regarding a late or no show. I guess I didn't make it onto their schedule or got deleted somehow.

The job seemed seamless to me and was done in the timeframe in which they promised.

They did a good job on our home, and when we sent them to the rental hm, they told the tenants ,after checking that water heater, that if they flushed that water heater, because of the age of the water heater, there might be a hole in it that would become obvious when all the sediment was drained out ,there might be leak and that it might be best to leave it be. We may have to check into buying a new one.

The service was punctual and thorough.
