They were able to get someone out the next day after we left a message after hours. The problem was diagnosed and the part procured & installed. Unfortunately, it needed adjusting, as the maximum hot was only warm. The same plumber came the next day to adjust, but left without properly setting the exterior backplate screws ( they did not connect to anything). He came back and fixed it. Three times is a charm, they say, and I give the company credit for making sure it got done, but I prefer workers to make sure the job is done properly the first time.

COREY'S professionalism, knowledge and quick service surpassed my expectations. Excalibur's name and number is now in my contacts as the one plumbing company to call in the future.

Job went very well, start to finish. I scheduled the work for the day following delivery of the dryer, confirmed on the morning of the app't; they told me around 8AM and he was ringing the doorbell at 8:15. It was a simple job, but required a professional to make sure it was done right.

They were prompt and had the old water heaters drained and out in no time. We are very happy with our new ones and the quality of work they performed.

One of our toilets rocked since we moved into the house. Replacing the flange with a newer and more sturdy one fixed it! Come to find out, the other toilet had the same issue and he was able to replace this one as well. Everything was installed and working properly.

Great job and went the extra mile by adding insulation on the exterior pipes back to the house. Personal and professional.

Bob and Corey at Excalibur were fantastic! Bob helped walk me through the options for replacing the two 40 gallon hot water heaters in our attic. Once we knew what plan of action to take, Corey showed up and did a phenomenal job. He was on time and was very professional and responsible for our property and took a great deal of pride in his work. Overall, it could not have gone better. We will certainly use Excalibur again in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I am completely happy with the work done by Excalibur Plumbing. Alan showed up exactly on time, both for the estimate and on the day work was performed. I had originally hired Excalibur to replace some plumbing fixtures and equipment with new items that I had bought, as well as flush my water heater. While attempting to flush the water heater, Alan discovered that my current heater had a leak and was not capable of being flushed. Since it was still under warranty, Alan took care of dealing with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement water heater and installed the new one that same day. My new plumbing equipment and fixtures all work perfectly, Alan and his assistant cleaned up before they left, and I thought the price was excellent considering the amount of work performed. I would not hesitate to hire Excalibur again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Excalibur was responsive and sent out a technician to look at our project. He told my husband that he would need to run some numbers back at the office and after a week of waiting I called back in. Twice I spoke with the office manager (??) who saw the pictures from the on-site visit and said, "I'll pull out this file and get back to you with a price." The second time I called I even suggested that if they were too busy or didn't want the work, just to let me know. Both times I was promised a call back or even an email. That was 2 months ago.....nothing but crickets. I was looking forward to doing business from the glowing reviews out here on Angie's. Not going to happen.

They were on time and very professional and cleaned up afterwards. The peice was very fair after shopping around.

II would call Excalibur Plumbing first if I ever need service. Plumbers know what their doing and fair. Did not find anything wrong with my water pipes and never charged me a service fee.

Long story short, I had been smelling very intermittent natural gas and 'my' plumber was putting me off during the holidays because of lack of man power. Eventually they said they could not do it and gave me two recommendations.....lets just say I was less than pleased with some of the mansplaining I received from both companies. Ultimately the gas was turned off because there were multiple substantial leaks. A few calls around lead me to Excalibur Plumbing. Gerald and his helper were efficient and Bob was great trying to help get the city inspector there in a timely matter (but that is another story!). All in all, Excalibur as a company were helpful and I'll use them again. Cost below includes replacing a 12 yo hot water heater.

Had Excalibur out to replace a 24 old water heater. They were very quick to come out with a quote and came back the lowest, despite better warranty options than other competitors. Arrived on time to do the work and did a great job. Would recommend.

Alan and Fred got the job done! They came on time, were professional all the way thru and finished the work efficiently. I'm happy with the price I paid and the service I received. Will use again.

My very old (installed in 1996!!!!) finally died. Mercifully, I noticed that the pan underneath had more than 1.5 inches of water in it. Overflowing the pan would have meant a water damage disaster. Excalibur was one of the few plumbers to answer the phone early on a Monday morning and the ONLY one of the four I called who would come that day. By 10AM they arrived in a cold rain - before the pan overflowed. They worked steadily draining the 22 year old tank, getting it out of the house, and installing the new one. They didn't take a lunch break and took great care to keep my floors clean. I rated the price a "B" because I wasn't able to shop around. It could have been a great price for all I know. Friends had warned me to be prepared for sticker shock since my last buying experience was 22 years ago. A significant part of the price was buying the maximum warranty of 10 years.

Everything went well. The two guys who were on the job were efficient and professional. The price was also quite reasonable.

They are always on time, knowledgeable, and do a thorough job. Once, when the motherboard of one of our tankless water heaters died, their technician spent an hour on the phone with the manufacturer figuring out what was wrong in the way both units were set up. They saved the second motherboard before it failed by setting both up properly! Now I use Excalibur to service our two houses that we rent out. They recently installed a garbage disposal in one.

Everything was great. They had the best price out of all my estimates even though their water heaters were top of the line. They were able to install the next day after calling for an estimate. The plumbers were on time, professional and did a great job!

We hope that the problem will not continue.

We had new floors installed in our bathroom. The new flooring was much thicker than the original flooring, so our pedestal sink needed to be reinstalled. Excaliber came out and did the job quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the work. They also fixed a minor issue with my toilet at no extra charge. The plumbers were very firendly and professional.

We discovered our water heater was out and Excalibur came the next day, presented all our options and installed. They did a fantastic job. Apparently the old water heater wasn't installed correctly, so they updated hoses and connectors, brought everything up to code and created new drainage routes. We are definitely going to use them again.

Great quality and price. Service person did a great job and was a pleasant person to be around. The only hiccup was a broken down truck making the service person late to my appointment due to no fault of his own, but it would have been better for someone to call and let me know what happened instead of me having to call and track them down.

Alan was awesome and did a great job and kept the mess to a minimum.

Bob, the estimator was responsive and professional. The plumber Alan and his 2 helpers showed up on time and did a good/clean job in replacing my old electric tank. I intend to hire them again for my other water heaters.
