Description of Work: Drain from kitchen sink was stopped up. The service tech had to use two different tools to resolve the issue. He was professional, courteous, and worked in a timely fashion. Final bill exceeded his original estimate because the time and machinery necessary to open the line took longer than expected.

Description of Work: Blake and Alex were complete professionals. They were very quick to respond and arrived on time. They both were friendly and had great customer services skills. They took time to try to replicate the problem several times, unsuccessfully. They took time to explain what might be going on and told us to contact them should it reoccur. They didn't even charge us for the visit! Should it happen again, we'll call them for sure!
