Description of Work: I needed an upstairs toilet wax ring installed as the leak had started to come threw to the first floor ceiling... |Excalibur arrived at the expected time and replaced the ring.. I then decided that the original old style cut off valve and metal line could be replaced with 1/4 turn and flex line.. Everything was completed. |So both separate tasks were added up and i also purchased an extra visit to clean out my hot water tank later in the year and another home inspection.. |Everything is working ok at this time.

Description of Work: Our garbage disposal stopped working so Big John & crew came and took the whe thing apart, got it working, and put it back together again. Turns out a shot glass got all mangled up, but they removed it and got it working great! |

Description of Work: I used Excalibur Plumbing to install a natural gas line to my utility room. I was impressed by their responsiveness above all else. I called them and they were able to dispatch an electrician to my home within twenty minutes of my call. This wasn't an emergency so I was very impressed. The two gentlemen who arrived quickly assessed the request and gave me two options with prices for each. After choosing my option, they were able to immediately complete the work. This was a very pleasant experience for me. My only negative was the sales pitch. The young man working on my gas line was trying to sell me new equipment that I currently do not need. My hot water heater is aging but not dead yet and he offered me a discount on the total work if I bought a new unit that day. He didn't pressure me so I really can't complain. I still rated them an A. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will certainly call them again.

Description of Work: 12 year old 50 gal gas Water heater copper intake flex line sprung a leak in late afternoon. I turned water and gas off at the unit and called Excalibur. They came out the next morning which was a holiday. They gave the option of replacing the bad water lines with stainless steel lines and new water valves for under $300 or replacing the heater also. I choose to replace the heater (50 gal), install a drip pan and extend warranty to 6 years for $1579 which included the Angies list discount.

Description of Work: They came out to assess our shower drain. He was honest and said that they do not do this kind of work and suggested we contact another firm. He did not charge for this service. He was knowledgeable and efficient in his evaluation.

Description of Work: Let's start off with responsiveness........I assumed that I had made the appointment while I was on Angie's List...Not so. I called them to ask why they hadn't arrived as expected and they advised that I had to make the appointment with them. At that point I did, and everything from there on was great. (

Description of Work: Our sew main line was stuffed by grease ice berg and water can't get through it any more. We got two plumbing emergency and had two plumbing companies come to solve it. Both companies did a poor job without touching the grease ice berg. Finally we had EXCALIBUR PLUMBING come. The gentleman was very kind and professional by giving an estimate cost first and tries his best to get rid of all the grease away. We really appreciate it!
