Description of Work: Overall it went well. The two plumbers were very professional and helpful. I am pleased with the results. The cost is more than I expected, but it seems to be within the range for the replacement fo a typical house water heater.

Description of Work: Very frustrating. The company didn't attempt to schedule an appointment - didn't initiate contact at all, and when responding to my request for an appointment advised that I should call them and that they have "free in-home estimates". I wasnt looking to estimate any work- I wanted the coupon fulfilled!! You should drop them from the site if they can't come close to fulfilling the Ts and Cs of the contract.

Description of Work: It took Excalibur two weeks of not calling after I had made my Angie's List appointment, before I decided to finally call them my self. It took another week and a half for them to come out, and by the time they did... we had forgotten. Sleeping In, no one bothered to ring the door bell. | |Unfortunately, this happened twice! With no recurse, and only endless grief from the "telephone operator". As it happened twice, he no longer wanted to do business with us. Both times we were home... both times they sent someone out at 8am, even after I asked for a later visitation. The experience ended with "I'll be getting my money back". |

Description of Work: We called their weekend services number because we weren't getting hot water. THEIR TECHNICIAN WAS AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN TWO HOURS. his analysis revealed failed circulation pumps on both water heaters. He ordered the required parts and when the parts arrived on Tuesday, he installed them quickly and efficiently.
