Description of Work: Used them twice: once to flush a hot water heater and once to cap off a gas line to a gas fireplace no longer in use. I will use them as my regular plumbers from now on.

Description of Work: My water heater went out and Excalibur came out on a Tuesday to check it out and give me an estimate. I was told that, because my water heater was getting up there in age, I could have it replaced or they could try replacing the thermocouple (as the pilot would not stay lit). I opted to have the thermocouple replaced. That worked for a few days but then It stopped working again. I decided to have them replace the water heater since I figured the old one was shot. Excalibur credited me for the $211 I spent for the thermocouple earlier in the week. I didn't have to ask for the credit; in fact I had just figured that I had wasted that money and wouldn't get it back. | |The workers showed up on time and got the work done pretty fast. Overall I am very pleased with my experience with them.

Description of Work: Excalibur has done work for me several times and I have always been impressed with them. Recently I purchased a home and they came out a couple of times to do some minor things and replace the water heater. Both Harley and Clayton were nice, professional, and did a great job.

Description of Work: Excaliber Plumbing came out to give me a quote. I have two leaky toilets from the flush valve, I have had them serviced before so I was aware that only the seal needed to be replaced. He quoted me $1300 per toilet, he said because I had to order the whole flush system, which is not true. I did not have them do the service because of the ruidiculous estimate I was given. It seemed like they didn't want the job.

Description of Work: The provide technician was very professional and courteous and more importantly did the work as bought the service for. He also gave me some very valuable tip on maintaining water heater.

Description of Work: Excalibur Plumbing sent two technicians out to check on a water heater which was not heating, a kitchen sink faucet which was leaking, and a leak that I thought was coming from a 2nd floor bathroom onto my garage ceiling. They checked everything and said the pilot light needed lighting on the gas water heater and two rings needed to be greased in the faucet. They did both for me and would not charge me for the service! As far as the other problem is concerned I am going to have my handyman open up the ceiling and then I am going to call Excalibur Plumbing back to take care of the problem. Everyone at Excalibur Plumbing has been wonderful. They have all been very professional and I will use them in the future and also recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Very nice guy came round to look at the work that needed doing. 3 weeks later & one follow up call from me & still no quote or communication from them. This drives me crazy! If you don't want the job at least have the courtesy to let me know so I can go elsewhere & not waste time waiting for your quote

Description of Work: Video of sewer line but didn't go all the way to other side of house where I believe leak is. Said it would be another charge to check from other side of house. But i told them to check from other side of house in the first place.

Description of Work: It was advertised as a full system inspection and water heater flush. My water heater was new and didn't need flushing but I thought for a whole water system inspection he'd run scopes in the pipes or check water quality. Something besides what he did which was just flush the toilet.

Description of Work: Overall it went well. The two plumbers were very professional and helpful. I am pleased with the results. The cost is more than I expected, but it seems to be within the range for the replacement fo a typical house water heater.
