Description of Work: I had a faulty toilet that needed fixing as well as help with a bidet installment. The gentleman who helped me was very nice, punctual and got the job done quickly. He also talked to me about how to keep my plumbing in tip top shape. Great experience!

Description of Work: We had Excalibur replace a water heater and find and repair a leak in the gas line in the house. Unfortunately, the gas line repair involved opening up walls and ceilings. Clayton was patient with all our questions, very professional and thorough, and made the process as painless as possible. I won't hesitate to call Excalibur in the future.

Description of Work: I wanted the plumber to fix a faucet in the bath that leaked around the fixture, but he said whoever installed it had stripped it and repair would be very expensive. I later had another plumber in, and he fixed it without reporting any problem. The Excaliber man installed new insides to a toilet, and did a fine job. However, I thought the cost was a little high. Finally, it took several tries before the plumber was able to keep the appointment--he apologized and said we don't have enough plumbers in Austin to handle all the business. I think I'll stick with ARS in the future.
