Description of Work: They were able to come out and diagnose my water heater problem same day. They also replaced the water heater same day. They gave me the option to fix the 'electronics' on the water heater or replace. I chose to replace. It was more expensive, but, in the end, I had a new water heater same day.

Description of Work: The plumber drained the hot water heater tank, checked to be sure everything was working as it should and answered all my questions, including giving me some estimates for add-ons. He was very personable, neat and seemed quite knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Service guy found the location of water leak. When explained by Tony where it was. The leak was about 6 inches of piping, replaced and work was finished. Problem was that the first service man did not find the leak 2 days ago and there was more damage to the floor and wall.
