Description of Work: We called Excalibur about a leak in our dishwasher area. The plumber was prompt, courteous and professional. He thoroughly checked the dishwasher and the entire sink area. The leak was not obvious. But, he was persistent. He pulled the unit out, ran a cycle and monitored it until the leak could be identified. It turns out that we had two leaks in the unit - which we would not have found had he not done the tests that he did. We were very pleased and ended up purchasing a year long service agreement for some future plumbing needs we have.

Description of Work: Had a new shut-off valve and pressure reducing valve installed. Excalibur ended up being $150 cheaper than their competitor's quote. Thomas was professional and not at all pushy, which was a relief after our experience with some other local plumbers. If you have to call a plumber, it's going to be expensive, but at least with Excalibur I felt like I was getting treated fairly. Best of all, they fixed our problem and the work has held up great. | |Definitely recommend.
