Description of Work: I called them to identify why no hot water was reaching my dishwasher and the kitchen sink. The technician was very knowledgeable, and smart enough to know when to call the technical experts at our instant hot water heater manufacturer. He stayed on the phone with them for over an hour and discovered that the plumber who installed the equipment originally did it wrong and ruined a major component of the system. The Excaliber tech ordered the new part, installed it, talked again to the manufacturer to assure that the equipment was set up right, then set up our second hot water heater to match the first one and we've had no trouble since.

Description of Work: What a fabulous deal!! Their representatives set up the appointment to suit my schedule. The plumber arrived on time and could not have been more professional. He checked all of the plumbing fixtures and drained both hot water heaters. He explained maintenance procedures, suggested timelines for replacement, and provided estimates for new products and additional services. I will definitely use Excalibur for future plumbing needs.
