Excellent as usual from Excalibur... Thomas and his partner found and fixed our hot water slab leak by the end of the day.

The installation was prompt and good. However, the service plumber stepped through the ceiling, Excalibur sent a repair man to fix the ceiling, who did an excellent job of fixing the hole.

They came by promptly. The driveway had to be court out in an area to find the leak. They did an outstanding job fixing the leak. A segment of pipe had to cut out and new pipes attached to complete the job. Very pleased with their work.

Thomas arrived on time and began draining old heater while waiting for his assistant to get here with new heater in about 10/15 minutes. He took care that all the hot water went outside without damaging shrubs/grass. Both installers worked quickly, while taking care not to cause damage around the installation area even though it was in a very cramped area. The price of all required changes needed to bring up to current code were included as part of installation estimate with no added costs. Thomas not only answered all my questions but physically showed me what to do to turn off water supply, adjust temp and restart system etc. All work and cleanup was completed well within the time stated in the original estimate.

Great. Thomas is very punctual and professional. I purchased their service package and as a result they’re very responsive in scheduling. My only (minor) complaint is that the scheduler says he will call when the truck is on its way—and he never does. However, Thomas is punctual. Once I figured this out and stopped expecting a call, it all goes like clockwork!

Excalibur had somewhat come out promptly, at the beginning of the window of time they gave me, to give me an estimate. To my embarrassment, it was only some pieces of plastic. But the service person was courteous, and informed me that the (quite old) disposal was probably fine for another couple of years.

I'm always cautious and skeptical when I call for any service; concerned about people taking advantage when I need something fixed. Having good reviews from Angie's list helped me make the call. Thomas and Richard were very polite and professional. Thomas was honest about what I could attempt to fix myself. That went a long way toward making me comfortable with them. He walked me thru the pricing of each repair which allowed me to weigh the cost and risk of doing things myself. In the end, the price was so reasonable I had them do both repairs on the spot. They both were kind enough to let me watch so that I understood what was being fixed. If you get stuck/paralyzed about trusting people for fair service, give Excalibur a call.

Didn't set an appointment due to other home repairs

Thomas arrived at the appointed time to give me an estimate for a new water heater. The estimate (free to Angie's members) was very reasonable and included a generous senior discount and coupon. I agreed to the price and the work was done the same afternoon since there was a new unit on the truck. The work was done quickly, professionally and neatly. I am completely satisfied with the work and the company and highly recommend them.

Arrived promptly at the scheduled time but not with the technician that I had been told would be coming. While removing the old water heater the tech broke a fitting and caused minor flooding of the garage. They did not try to control the water or move the cardboard boxes out of the way. I had to loan them a water cutoff tool since their truck apparently did not contain one. When finished they did not leave any manuals for the devices they installed.

Great! Joey was professional, knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me. His crew was able to install same day after I got 2 other very high quotes from other plumbing companies. Joey was also very patient with my questions & I had a lot! His crew was mindful of my new floors too while installing.

went well. they had to go into attic to pull out the bad one and replace with the good one.

Called them this morning, had to leave a message so I left a long, detailed message. The guy calls me back, I could tell he did not take the time to listen to my message, so I asked him if he did. He said no, the phones were busy, so he just listened to part of it and called me back unprepared. When he asked me if I wanted have him set me up for a free estimate, and I nicely said no thank you, he gruffly said "Yeah!" and hung up.

The plumber was efficient and professional. The cost was fair for the work that was done.

Service was amazing! the gentleman were here within 20mins of scheduled time (was scheduled between 8-10am and here by 820!) and were so helped and friendly! I had lost some parts when trying to remove the old bidet and they patiently helped me get everything together and get the item installed quickly and efficiently. Joey and Pat answered all of my questions and made some great recommendations for when I need a new toilet installation done (which will be soon) in another bathroom. Absolutely would recommend and I will definitely be using them again!
