Description of Work: I contacted Eco Irrigation to set up an appointment and immediately received a return phone call to schedule the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for April 24 from 2-4pm. By 3pm on that date, the technician had not arrived. I called the company to confirm the appointment and was told there was a mix-up with the scheduling. I was asked to reschedule my appointment. The appointment was rescheduled for May 8 from 2-4pm. At 2:15pm on that date, I received an email stating that the technician was sick and would not be able to make the appointment. At this point, I asked for a refund for the services paid. Another individual contacted me and attempted to reschedule the appointment. I asked if someone could come to my home the following Wednesday in the afternoon. I received a response stating that someone could be at my home from 8-10am and if that didn't work, they would try to rearrange their schedule to accomodate my time frame. As this point I chose to seek a refund of the services paid, as I am very dissatisfied with the company and find them difficult to work with.

Description of Work: I have to return this voucher with Eco Irrigation. -- Their phone didn't go through when I tried several times to make appointment. -- Then I email them, and finally got on hold with them and set up an appointment 4/4 at 10-11am. -- The technicial showed up at 7:30am (2 hours before the appointment) when we were rushing to send kids to school. I asked if he can wait for 10-15 minutes. He said no. -- I called again to re-schedule to 4/8 12-2pm. -- a few hours later, they left me voice message that they can't do 12-2pm. They changed to Tuesday morning 7:30am. -- I called them back, said 7:30am won't work for me. They said they don't have any other time for me. -- I'm fed up with this company. Please refund me. Description of Work: The technician checked all sprinkler heads and replaced several. He also found a leak and repaired that. He adjusted the sprinklers to more completely water my plant beds.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a sprinkler system checkup ($45). My irrigation system has more stations than the Big Deal specified, so I expected to pay more. The fellow who showed up said it would be an extra $45, which was reasonable. However, shortly after he got started, he found that half of the stations were not working at all, and that the problem was probably with the system controller. So half of the system couldn't even be checked. He seemed unable to figure out what was the matter with the controller, and said that he would find out how much a replacement would cost, and email me the estimate. He took the extra $45 and left. I never heard from him, and have had to schedule service with another company. The fellow was a nice guy, but he seemed completely baffled by the situation. I expected more expertise. And I expected an email estimate, which never arrived.

Description of Work: Eco Irrigation was just over the top. Their service technician came out, went through all twelve stations on our controller with an average of five heads per station, and gave us an estimate. Having need to get the service done quickly, the company send the technician out on a Saturday at NO Surcharge! The work was done thoroughly. competently and neatly. I would certainly recommend Eco Irrigation to anyone needing competent, fairly priced and efficient work on your own system. Homer W Austin, TX

Description of Work: Service person was in extreme hurry as he had to go to Buda and was worried about the traffic. He kept saying my system was fine. I asked if I could schedule service as I pointed out I needed sprinkler heads replaced, he noted that and said someone would call me...no one has called and with this kind of service not sure I want them to. I had to show him heads he did not observe. Someone from their organization should have called me, but to me that indicates their level of service. Follow-up: President of company came to find out the problem, we were able to resolve the issue.

Description of Work: Updated Review: I had a problem with the scheduling with Eco Irrigation. Enough that I requested a refund and gave them an F. The owner contacted me and was extremely diligent in helping me with my problems. He worked around my crazy schedule and was very courtious. After meeting him, I found his expertise to be what I had originally hoped for and was impressed with his do-diligence to resolve my problem. I am glad to have resolved this issue with such success that I am editing my original review. I will definitely use this company again and have already given his card to a couple of neighbors. They called my home # (even though they had my cell #) on 3/8/13 and left a message that they would not be available on 3/9/13 and would have to reschedule.
