+ -1 moreWhen we approved the bid, Mike said he would probably start in November (after the weather cools). That was fine with us. We agreed that the area to be cleaned was 200 by 100 feet. About October 17, he called and asked us to come to look at it. It was finished!! He had been there about a week and cleaned it all up. We were so impressed. The work site was clean, looked like a park. We could tell he was proud of the job, as we certainly were.
Description of Work: We have had property on Lake Austin for 24 years. Because of health problems we have not developed this land and just let it "go natural". We decided to clean it up, and had used Mike for a previous job so called him to see if he would clear it for us. It looked like an impossible job, shrubs, vines, small trees, large trees, poison oak; a real mess. One couldn't walk through it. We could hardly see the lake from the road ( about 20 feet). Mike had a Bobcat, shredder, about 10 men and went to work. I have never seen such a big change in anything. They left the big trees, shredded all shrubs, small trees and vines and spread the mulch over the area.

+ -1 moreMike and his crew came before I expected them. The job was finished and done before I was even aware of it. They did a wonderful job after a big mess. He is pleasant to deal with, did what he said he would, and charged reasonably. It couldn't have been better. Our pump is working well now.
Description of Work: Our irrigation pump from the lake 300 feet below our home would not work. It was discovered that the area where the pump was had become totally full of algae, weeds and debris after the water was raised. It was difficult to find someone to help. I was referred to Mike, called him, he gave me a price range. I approved it and within a couple of days he called to tell me he had gotten in the water and cleaned the area. He charged the lowest price he quoted and did a perfect job. It was a real mess.
