 + -1 moreWe have used Cyber Tek Computer Pros for quite some time and are totally,100 percent, satisfied. We highly recommend them. We have two computers, and because of Cyber Tek, we are able to enjoy them without the worry of security or maintenance problems. We have their SAMPLAN on both our computers, and whenever we have a computer question, Drew is immediately there to help us. I like that he can Remote in and fix our problems. We really enjoy our computers knowing that Cyber Tek is there for us any time we have a problem. I promise that a person would be doing them self a favor if they had Cyber Tek's SAMPLAN.
Description of Work: The provider has done many things for us over the years. We would not be able to stay on top of the security and maintenance required of computers without Cyber Tek Computer Pros.

Description of Work: I have been so pleased with Cyber Tek that I contracted with them for annual maintenance of my systems. Whenever a problem arises they immediately respond to get me back on track. very easy to communicate with Drew and he is very responsive to solving the problem quickly.

 + -1 moreDrew - our service tech - is great. Always very responsive and helpful - even to two such growing older and dumber folks :) I don't know what we'd do without him. Even on a limited income it's a cost that is well worth what we get in return.
Description of Work: We are on a contract with them to keep our computer clean and bug free. Small other items ( such as 8/5/13 service ) are covered free of charge - when done online - and there is a good discount on other services as needed. We have been with them since 2010 and on their contract since 2012. The contract is $20.00 a month plus tax.

 + -1 moreWe are semi-illiterate when it comes to setting up computers - but we can usually use then just fine. Unfortunately the technical parts of computers leaves us frustrated. Drew came promptly, was very courteous and professional and saved us more headaches.
Description of Work: New computer needed setting up and downloading of several programs. Also needed help cleaning up some problems with the monitor. Checked out everything and helped us understand some of the features.
