Cement blocks for the drainage of the downspouts were not repositioned to coincide with the ends of the downspouts.

They had my gutters up I. No time. They did a good job.

They were helpful locating other problems on the home. Scheduled appt fast.

Amazing company comprised of friendly, knowledge people. Excellent customer service. Got an onsite estimate the same day that I contacted Berger home services. It was reassuring to know I did not have to take time off from work for them to do and finish theirs. The gutters were installed and the crew did an excellent job. I would recommend Berger for anything else they do, based on the quality of this work.

Not good on calling as to when they are coming to do the job or are being detained and not coming to do the job at all.

Work crew completed the work quickly and thoroughly. Only grouse I have is that they did not call before they arrived, but small matter.
