Description of Work: I had Kirk refinish four Captain's chairs from a dining set I had purchased at a consignment shop. The chairs look great. Kirk picked up and delivered the chairs when finished. I had a little trouble getting the job started and ultimately sent a request via US Mail, as email and texting wasn't as effective - I was persistent and I'm glad I was. Delivery was extended beyond original date; however, I expected that with all the rain we've had, the finish couldn't be applied and dry until the weather cooperated. We sent him home with another family heirloom - a chair to re-cane.

Description of Work: I left several messages requesting call back. Finally made contact. Explained I had a sofa with cane back needing repair. He requested pictures of the sofa which were emailed to him. I did not hear if they were received so called and left a message to let me know if he had received the pictures. Have had no feedback. I will not be using this company.
