I donâ t know what else can be said that the other reviews havenâ t already said. Willams Pools and Service. They were very professional and and knowledgeable. We had no idea what to do with updating the pool and Danny gave us some great ideas. They replastered the pool, updated the coping and resurfaced the pool decking. He helped us with color choices and new tile options. He personally did the final brushing and startup chemicals. It was a joy working with Williams pools and love the finished product.

Williams Pool resurfaced our pool deck and replastered our pool. Came out the same day we requested a quote and provided a detailed estimate the next day. Danny explained the work to be done and suggested some deck drainage enhancements and some tile inlays on the pool steps. The work crews were on time, very efficient, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Danny came by often to check on the work. Very pleased with the way the project was completed; the pool and deck look like new. Highly recommend Danny Williams. Great customer service!

Williams Pool re-plaster my pool and did first class work. Very professional and easy to work with. They went over and above what I asked them to do by adding nice blue tiles to my steps and hot tub for no additional charge. They came out and did the brushing 3 different times and checked the chemicals. Danny even put a little chemical booklet together for me so that I could easily monitor the chemicals myself. I would highly recommend William Pools and Service if you are considering re-plastering your pool. You won't be disappointed.

Williams Pool company re-plastered our pool. Overall: great customer-contractor relationship. Price was very competitive. Suggestions for finish selections were very helpful. Work was started immediately and completed quickly. Work crews were top-notch. Best part of all was the start-up services afterwards. Mr Williams came out to the house and serviced the pool, checked the finish, checked the chemistry, acid-washed the decking and chatted with me about the Astros four times after completion. Maybe there is another company out there who could perform as well, but none better. Thank you, Danny, great job and great service afterwards - and sorry, the Astros just couldn't get past Boston. Wiliams Pool company showed up when they said they would on time. Danny spent a lot of time with me before the project answering all my questions. The office staff contacted me in advance with dates for pool drain and prep, plaster/fill, pool start up and cleaning appointments. The contract was straight forward. No surprises. Easy to work with company.

We have a 1980 pool in "Sugar Creek" Sugar Land, Tx. Danny made that pool look brand new and sparkle like a gem. Danny Williams and Tracye are just the best. Everything was done on time, on budget, and to my COMPLETE SATISFACTION. I highly recommend Williams Pools. They have a costumer for life. The work they did for me included; replacing the pump and filter, replacing the tile, adding 1600 sq. ft of concrete, repairing the existing concrete, texture and paint all the concrete to match. Oh, they fixed a leak too!

His crews were on time, worked non-stop, did terrific work, and cleaned up after themselves. He delivered exactly what he said he would, and for the price he quoted; no games. We determined I needed a new GFI; he put one in, at cost. We determined I needed a new filtering system; he installed it, at cost. He went above and beyond in every category. Rarely do you see such outstanding service today. I could not have asked for a more professional, customer service oriented, all around great guy. This company is the absolute best, from the Williams family, to the office staff and all crew. My pool was 20 yrs old, so I requested a bid for new plaster, tile, equipment and new decking to cover the old pea gravel. I felt his estimate was extremely fair. I wasn't looking for a bargain and was much more interested in quality work. Most importantly, I knew from the moment I called the company and met Danny that he was trustworthy and dependable. There was no sales pitch, just honest and knowledgeable information. He was available at all times and Tracye was always in the office to answer questions. The workers were there when they said they would be there and the work crews for each of the different jobs were pros. They always made sure everything was clean when they left and the gates were secured for the dogs. The whole process was just a pleasurable experience, completed on time, and no surprise or hidden costs. If quality work, good work ethics and honesty are concerns, as they were for me, then you will not be disappointed with this family business. I am so satisfied and will continue to use them for weekly service and maintenance.
