I had my pool recondition (bricks, plaster, tile and cool deck). Mr. Williams (Danny) came over and explain the job in detail and answer all my questions. During the job he came by to check on the process and answer any questions I had. Danny is a very pleasant man to do business with. Danny returned all by phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. I attained three bids on this job and William’s Pools were in line with the other two. Williams Pools and Service retiled and replastered our pool. The work was done in timely manner and the workmanship of the tile men and plaster crew was outstanding. Danny answered all of our questions and instructions on pool care taught us how to properly maintain our pool.

MY POOL HAD BEEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 YEARS. I DIDN'T GO WITH THE CHEAPEST BID BUT WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH POTENTIAL PROBLEMS BEYOND REPLASTERING.
