He gave me pricing options and a reasonable discount. Job was done in a few hours and then took me outside to show me his work. I would hire them again. Mike's Motto is: and quot;If you want it done right just call for Mikeand quot;
Description of Work: Michael Cavazos was my tech.... very professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly when another professional company could not after two trys.... Showed me the problem on his cell phone.

and quot;Schedulerand quot; who answered stated that she couldn't give prices over the phone and that an electrician would have to come out to give an estimate. I then asked to have the electrician call me back since replacement of these 3 items is quite straightforward and at least I could be given a ball park figure, but she said that the electrician would not call me back. How ridiculous! I am not going to take time off of work twice, once for an estimate and again to have the work done, especially for such simple work that other electricians have been able to give either a standard fee quote (if no problems, of course) or an estimate over the phone. Just makes you wonder....
Description of Work: Called for price to replace a ceiling fan, a hanging light fixture, and a 48" 2-bulb fluorescent light fixture.

Overall work was excellent. Come out on Sat. waked up estimate on my scheduled. He started Tues, Finished on Thur. Which included having service disconnect, inspected and re connected price was exactly as quoted no adders.
Description of Work: Replaced electrical service entrance, weather head, meter can main disconnect. New 150 A panel, 16/32 circuits, new breakers. Removed old panel, city inspection, new floor light circuit.

They were really, really excellent. We loved them. The guy was very, very nice and very knowledgable. My son has since used him.

Description of Work: We had a breaker that tripped and wouldn't go back on again -- so I assumed it was a bad breaker that needed replacement. Not an emergency, so Sparky said they' be there later than same day, and when the technician came, he said it was $49 for the service call and $149 for diagnostic. I objected, saying 'I know what's wrong -- how much just to replace the breaker." He checked the breaker, told me it was fine, and that the problem was elsewhere. I paid the diagnostic fee, thinking it was high, but when he spent 4 hours to find it, I realized I'd gotten a very good deal. Two days later the problem started again, I called, they showed up within 4 hours, the same tech spend another 3 hours -- at no additional cost -- and this time, pinned it down for real. A month later, no problems. These guys are fast, honest and competent. Who could ask for more? My tech's name was Jeff.
