Upper Hand Roofing

The roof has flashing not straight and flaps of the flat roof not stuck down. The siding looks like the did not know how to use a tape or saw for that matter. They didn't get a permit till job was completed. The sheetrock seems they were paid to fix still show. They broke my huge tv while moving stuff to do the work. Owner Devin chambers never comes to check on his contractors so they do s*** work. He is just another wanna be you tube poser. Likes to video himself.

I called Upper Hand Roofing on the 10th of Aug and requested a quote. Josh came out the next day and took measurements and explained the process. I received what Upper Hand Roofing called a "14 day quote" on the 12th of Aug. Thats where the problem started. I returned the signed, legally binding contract on 19th of Aug. well within their 14-day window. I was then informed that the legally binding contract was not going to be excepted because they had made a mistake. The cost was now going to be more than double the original bid. From $739.00 to $1504.00. The following is the email I received from Josh at Upper Hand Roofing: "Hey Krist, I have attached the updated proposal. The signed proposal that was sent in was denided by management. Please review the updated proposal. Thank you, Joshua Shaffer-Territory Manager Upper Hand Roofing". I would hope that UHR would honor the signed legally binding contract but I'm not holding my breath. My hope is that, by writing this review, consumers will be forewarned and shop elsewhere.

Everything went well.

It excellent. The tech came twice to check on the progress of the crew and install. Great customer service. Good follow up. They also repaired the leak in the ceiling by cutting a hole and replacing the insulation which I appreciated. They then replaced the sheet rocked and painted the ceiling. I would highly recommend them.

They did well. The inspector came by and found a discrepancy on one side and repaired it right away, and I haven't had any problems since!

They were outstanding! I have no complaints at all. They were very responsive and did quality work, If there are any issues at all, they are right over to take care of it.

they were quick and responsive, listened, didn't make us feel like we didn't know what we were talking about. Could have a little better on keeping track of plans, but was able to fix any issue with no problem

They were excellent! If there were any issues, he fixed it every time I asked. He was very professional and I will use him again!
