They scammed us big time! Paid $665 and NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. Total fraud. I called them 2 days after they were supposed to give us results, and Michael said he hadn't put the report together yet. Never heard from him again, so maddening. A part of Doctor Cool and Professor Heat (Jimmy and Shall Barry). BIG FRAUD, ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Michael and his wife were exceptional in their communication as well as coming out to the house at a moments notice when I wanted to get a quote. I m extremely impatient and OCD so he understood attention to detail was important. A small hiccup was easily resolved and I d recommend using them on future projects. Our water went from nasty and a foul odor to crystal clear and no odor whatsoever. The system works so much better than a traditional water softener. It s a few bucks more but well worth the cost.

We had a rocky start to the install, and plumbers had to be replaced twice, but they made sure that everything was right and up to their standards and ours. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was the way it should be. Great people to work with! The system is wonderful as well, very happy with the way everything turned out.

They were amazing. We were on a strict time line and they were able to put a rush on things and got out there right away. They even helped us find a contractor to remediate the affected area. I highly recommend them.
