 + -1 moreI highly recommend Rainey Pool company. We just had our pool installed by them. I have no complaints. They answered all my questions when asked. They gave me a whole manual explaining the whole process step by step and what to do after. They are having a technician coming over to explain the whole process of how to take care of the pool. Pool was done in a timely manner (a couple of times the workers even showed up on Saturday).

Description of Work: Rainey Pools installed a new pool for us last year and we were quite happy with the installation. From the beginning, the team was always very professional and efficient. Description of Work: We had a pump replaced and a few other minor things done. That went well so we decided to set them up on a weekly pool cleaning program. We have been very happy with those results. I have found the office to be helpful and pleasant when calling with a need or a question.

They are good about answering any questions. They are doing good quality work so far. The service is still going on. I would use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreRainy Pool returned my call quickly and came around to give an estimate for an in-ground pool. Their prices were pretty reasonable, and they designed the pool exactly the way I wanted it. The pool was scheduled as soon as permits were available and the work crew was on time getting the pool built. They did an excellent job on the pool, but the reason I am rating them a B is because they took forever coming back out to put my fence up and cracked my sidewalk which they paid for.
Description of Work: The installers brought in the bulldozers and dug the hole for my in-ground pool. They took the fence down so they could build the pool. They poured the concrete and installed granite tile. They hooked up the filters and electrical and filled the pool.

 + -1 moreSERVICE TECH WAS SCHEDULED FOR 9:00 AM AND ARRIVED AT 10:30 AM. HE WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM WITH THE SPA WITHIN 10 MINUTES, AND WAS COMPLETED WITH THE ENTIRE JOB IN 60 MINUTES. $24.50 FOR THE PART AND $85.00 FOR LABOR.

 + -1 moreI HAD USED THIS COMPANY IN 1980 WHEN I HAD A POOL INSTALLED IN A PREVIOUS HOME. I WAS SURPRISED AT THE CHANGE IN PROCEDURES. THEY SEEMED TO BE LESS CONCERNED WITH MY PROPERTY THAN BEFORE. WHEN THE CREW ATE, THEY THREW THEIR GARBAGE AND BOTTLES ALL OVER MY YARD. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CLEAN ALL THIS UP IN THE END. HOWEVER, IT WAS UPSETTING TO SEE MY LANDSCAPE BEING UNNECESSARILY DESTROYED. I COMPLAINED TO THE OWNER WHO CAME OUT AND TOOK A LOOK. AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, THEY REPAIRED WHAT THEY TORE DOWN AND CLEANED UP THE MESS.
