The vendor conducted two site visits to pin down the scope of work but never followed up with a quote. I left voice mail as follow up but never heard back. So a big waste of time.

They were quick and efficient and did a good job. The guy was not great about getting back to me on scheduling but once they came the work was done well.

They never came. I called and called and then never returned calls and never had the work done. If your looking to have work done in a quick manner do not contact this company. I have been waiting 3 months now.

I contacted them on July 11, requesting a quote. They came out and looked at my gutters (back and front) and then never gave me a quote - and this after I contacted them twice more asking for a quote!!!

Pro Gutters did a great job on my gutter installation. I called Shane Helms on Saturday AM and he came out and gave me a quote the same day even though my job was small (gutter installation around a new porch addition). The price was fair for the size of the job and Shane said they would work me in to their schedule. The job was completed within the time period given. There was a small issue with the installation but it was quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend Pro Gutters and would use them again.

They came out and gave us an estimate. We had questions and we called and called but never heard from them again. They said they do small proposals but I think they backed off as it was a small project. He was suppose to send me an estimate in email but he did not. Then I called him after a week, than he mailed but it did not had an estimate. My husband left 2 voice messages but got no response so we moved on. When he was here, he just kept mentioning the big jobs he had done, so i got an idea that my work was too little for him to mess in.

After gutter installation, I needed two rain barrels installed. Shawn was great to come one Friday and install the first rain barrel. We had a big rain after and I was concerned that the installed diverter unit was leaking out of the top which I promptly emailed Shawn about. According to online references, this could have been solved by using caulking during installation. I sent several emails to Shawn, but as yet he has not replied with a time he could meet me to look at this issue and to complete the second rain barrel installation. I am now concerned that the water overflow is causing damage to the rear pillar on which the downspout rests behind the installed diverter.

I would recommend Pro Gutters to anybody. In fact, I recommended them to my father and my contractor that built my covered screen porch. The customer service was great! 2 representatives came out and installed the gutters and I couldn't believe how nice it looked and how fast and efficient they were. The gutters look like they have always been installed on the house. In fact, they are so good, you don't even notice them.
