The guys who came for very professional and did a high-quality job. they fixed the problem and also found out that the springs for my garage were the wrong size and a serious life-threatening hazard and are coming to fix that on the next day.
Description of Work: steel cable on one side of the garage was replaced. drums on each side were replaced and the overhead spring was replaced. This was a large commercial garage door.

We had them replace a 16' x 8' steel, two sided garage door, with a side mounted opener. Austin is professional, polite, punctual and provided a fair and reasonable quote with no haggling. + -1 moreI was blown away by the service provided. Not only did Austin schedule an appointment quickly, but he was able to give me choices & quotes on the spot. No hard sell, just hard facts. Then fixed the problem immediately with a total rework. We didn’t have to order parts, we didn’t have to wait forever to get what we needed done. Austin was also very helpful & knowledgeable with setting up the remotes, my car button, and the remote app. Haven't had such kind & professional customer service in a long time!!

A few days later I hired Pro Garage & Gates to replace my garage door opener entirely. The work was completed in under 45 mins and I love the new opener. I recommend this company and expect to do more business with them in the future.
