Mr Paez (the owner) runs a well-oiled machine. His employees take pride in doing great work, are very polite, professional, and care about the job they do. They started at 8:30AM sharp every morning and did a wonderful job, and are, by all means - an "A" team. I strongly recommend them - it's so nice to hire a company like Priceless Painting, that performs with a stellar attitude on all levels, as it takes so much stress out of getting the project done right. I will definitely use them again, when I'm ready to do the interior painting.

The work took 2 1/2 days. The crew was meticulous... sanding, priming, painting, and, Luis, the owner, checked with me each step of the way. Professional, left everything clean. They arrived each day on time. Have already hired them again for another job at the house.

Great to work with! Luis and his crew arrived when he said they would both for the initial walk around to quote and on the work days. Work was completed when promised. His crew worked efficiently and kept things out of the way so there was no impact to our day to day coming or going from the house. Used top quality paint and cleaned up after themselves. Luis followed up promptly to be sure work was done to our satisfaction. He followed up promptly on the couple small items I pointed out and work was complete.

Luis was extremely responsive to my request for an estimate and came to my home within a few hours of placing the initial call. The quote was completely reasonable and Luis sent two members of his team out the next day to perform the job. They showed up right when Luis said they'd get there and were complete professionals the entire time they were in my home. The crew took great care to prep and cover my floors and furniture before beginning to paint the walls, and their work was phenomenal. They also fixed door trim that was mangled by two teething puppies and the finished product was better than when we moved into our new construction home. Priceless Painting (Luis Paez and his crew) did an incredible job of prepping the house, removing all the old paint, replacing all the rotten wood with new wood, and sealing and painting all the gutters. The house itself was painted with great care, and the result is magnificent. There was great attention to detail, and there is nothing that I would change in the way this job was accomplished. I have used painters before, but Priceless Painting is the finest company I have ever employed. I will use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them to anyone without reservation. Do NOT Hire!!! It went bad very bad and endedup in court as he would not work with Angies list instead he insisted on going to court. In Luis' words "To make an example out of me." Basically I give an F to Angies list for letting this thief continue with an A+ rating and an F to Luis!!!

Luis was the most responsive and had the best quote. The painting quality was excellent and his workers kind and professional. The only issue I had with the entire experience was expectations on what was to be completed. We did a walk around and there were some things I said I wanted painted but he did not have the same recollection. I would recommend that you get it all put down in writing and be very specific. Other than that the quality and dependability to get the job completed met my expectations. I would use Louis again, just write it all down.

Mr. Paez was prompt in answering our calls / texts. He and his crew showed up earlier than on time to work for the two days at our home. There was no mess left behind of old paint after sanding and scraping off the three levels of rails; no primer or paint messes, either, left behind. Crew were all hard working, quiet, and respectful. Job completed on time, as promised. Very pleased with results. Will definitely use this professional company in the future.

Luis Paez and his men did an excellent job. They were on time, cleaned up, and my house looks great!

Called me to schedule an evening appointment and I informed him we would not be available until the next day. Despite this, I received three calls stating he was at our door and no one was home. Sent him a message reminding him of our previous conversation and scheduled for the next evening. He arrived on time and we went over the job in detail. Told me he would send me an estimate in the morning. No estimate, no call, no way I would hire this company.

I expected someone just to power wash and spray paint, but, Luis and his crew scraped this 99 year old house down to the wood. They are replacing some rotten clapboard, caulking, and then will prime with an oil base primer and paint. They are doing a wonderful job....so much work that I felt guilty and paid a bit more than he asked for....even then, it is a small price for such good work. I only asked him to paint the upper level of the house and not the crawl space at the bottom because it will be replaced......I am going to do the trim work myself because I haven't decided on color yet for the trim around the windows......so, if you go by there, just observe the trim at the top of the building and the raspberry color on the house.

Luis and his team did an excellent job on all drywall repairs and painting; I would not hesitate to refer him to others, and I do plan to use him again for my drywall and painting needs.

We hired Luis about a year ago for a lot of work: remove wallpaper in two bathrooms, retexture them, and paint them, as well as paint two bedrooms, and replace the quarter round in a long hallway and paint the hallway. He did a great job, but I failed to write a review. We just hired him for a second time to retexture our breakfast room & kitchen, and paint other rooms as well. His crew ensured everything was well protected before spraying on the texture - the floor, cabinets, counters, appliances. The texture work was excellent! His crew made one mistake with regard to painting the quarter round trim, but Luis and the crew came the following day and corrected it immediately. They did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would definitely hire them again. They stayed on the job every day until it was completed, and I knew I could trust the crew to be in my home while we were at work. We are located in Pasadena.
