Priceless Painting

They did a real good job. The sheet rock is excellent. They are very polite and picked up after themselves and cleaned the rooms. They put plastic on the furniture. My neighbor came over today and did not notice we had painters. They will be doing work for me again.

I was impressed with the company and its owner Luis. He and his partner performed an excellent job. I would recommend their services to anybody.

The Priceless Painting team worked very hard even just prepping my place for painting. I was very please with the work and the level of professionalism. I will be using them again.

If there were an A+++ rating . . . Mr. Luis would receive it!! Mr. Luis Paez came to my house on short notice (same day I called!!) and made it to my house a little BEFORE appt time to give me a bid. He gave me a very good bid on the work I needed done. My husband and I agreed to the bid and he came to my house the next morning to start, as agreed upon . . . on time!!!!! He brought his crew, who were all courteous, friendly, accommodating, and highly professional. They were very careful with our home throughout the process using all the necessary cloths, etc. to ensure no mess was made througout the house. They cleaned up as they went along to keep the mess under control as well as cleaning up all their tools, etc. before they left my house for the day. They returned today (the next morning) at the exact time agreed upon . . . again! Wow!!! Finished up all the work I contracted with him and I can truly say did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! I highly recommend his work!! I would trust him completely with any job I hired him to do. I can't say enough about how thrilled I am with the quality work he did for me in such a timely and professional manner. I had no concerns and did not have to say one word to Mr. Luis or his workers in regards to their work during the course of their time here. I actually had NO stress, which was amazing. AND HIS PRICE WAS MORE THAN FAIR!! Thank you so much, Mr. Luis! BTW . . . this was all after waiting on another contractor for a week and a half that never showed or had the courtesy to call and let me know he would not be here!

It was important to me to have the "boss" on site & Luis Paez was on site everyday working alongside his crew of 4 men. They put all the furniture in the middle of the room, covered everything with plastic and went to work. I was astonished with the results, they did a spectacular job.

I called Priceless Painting to estimate painting the interior and exterior of my home in League City Texas. Priceless sent an estimator out the very next day and provided a quotation the following day as promised. I was so happy when they told me they could start the following Monday! The crew showed up on time and were very professional and worked extrememly hard to perform this work with minimal disruption to our family life. All of the work was completed on schedule and they even performed extra tasks (Caulking and some wood / siding replacement) that will add to the life of our home. When completed they cleaned everything and left us very happy! I WILL use Priceless again soon to paint my other house.

There were a few glitches along the way. The pediment of over our porch needed rebuilt. The first attempt left the top of one column exposed (bizarre, not to mention visually unattractive). This was corrected when brought to their attention. Several pieces of siding needed to be replaced, tricky, as the product was pre-hardi board and no longer made. When the first few pieces went up my husband noticed they were hardi board which stood out in stark contrast to the rest of the house. Luiz had apparently forgotten our discussion, but he found another product and they corrected the issue. Luiz had me do the walkthrough at the beginning of the last work day. I found that 2 pieces of siding marked for replacement had not been changed. This was quickly rectified. However, the phone cord running along the bottom of the bottom plank and was apparently not tacked back up. The yard guys promptly ran over it the next time they cut the grass, severing our internet and phone connection. The crew replaced the shutters last thing. Somewhere along the line some of the original screws had been misplaced. New screws were purchased resulting in some painted and some silver screws. The first set of shutters was originally put back on upside down (corrected) and the offset holes were not filled. Both unpatched holes and different colored screws made me nuts ? my husband got up and corrected. They showed up on time and worked hard. The quality of the work was high, and the finished product easily the best paint job we?ve had to date. There was quite a bit of patching to be done and they did an exceptional job. Luiz is easy to work with and deals well with customer concerns. Particularly as we?d had several days of rain and everyone was a little edgy as the project dragged on longer than originally planned. Would I use them again? Considering the overall quality of the work ? yes. I would, however, suggest deferring the walkthrough until ALL work is complete.

The workers were very professional and did a super job cleaning up! If we ever need any more sheetrock work done, Priceless Painting is hwo we will call!

It was Friday when I decided to paint the kitchen and dining room.Luis and his team quickly covered with plastic sheets all the furniture and went away as quickly as they had appeared:)).Leo, a young worker of twenty-seven, was left to work alone.Despite his young age, Leo demonstrated the thoroughness, accuracy, and that the most valuable thing, in my opinion, in painting, he was patient to all my picky requests :). Leo even noticed shortcomings in the doorway and completed the work of other carpenters who left unclosed holes in the door frame a few days ago. Thanks a lot to Leo and Louis for their hard work.

Great price, even better quality of work. I highly recommend his team for any tough painting assignment.

luis and his crew arrived on time (8:30am) monday morning and began working dilingently until approximately 7:30pm. we gave him a quick recap into what we wanted done with a couple of additions. gave him paint colors to use and which trim and molding to buy and had all material in hand within a couple of hours. first day all covering, taping, sanding and texturing was completed, as well as the relocation of the staircase. second day (8:30am) all painting was completed as well as the opening to the attic on the house side was completed (7:00pm). had to call luis back for about an hour and half to complete some touch ups in the bedroom on wednesday.

Luis arrived with an assistant re-floated the tape seam patched earliertextured the patch and left. repair was a close matchwhole job took about 25 minutes. price was fair for the quality of work performed.

Mr. Paez came and gave me an estimate the day that I called him. After I got another quote, I called Mr. Paez to hire him. He was able to come and begin the work two and a half weeks later. He and two assistants spent a day carefully removing the kitchen wallpaper and smoothing the walls. They didn't come the next day so that the plaster could dry thoroughly. The following day the two assistants came and did all of the painting. They stayed until 7:30 p.m. so that they could finish the project and not leave things unfinished over the weekend. They worked carefully, masking and hanging drop cloths so that dust from smoothing the new plaster wouldn't float into cupboards or other rooms. (Some dust did manage to escape, but that is unavoidable.) Mr. Paez even offered to improve our soffit when we discovered that the existing wallpaper had been hiding some gaps between the soffit and the trim at the bottom of the soffit. The men cleaned up well after themselves. I am very pleased with the work of Mr. Paez and Priceless Painting by Luis.

OVERALL A++ Great job. Cleaned up every night before they left and especially when job was complete. No issues. Keep up the good work!

I called Priceless Painting for an estimate to remove popcorn ceiling fron a 1300 sq. ft. condo, paint the ceiling, and paint the walls throughout. Luis came out that day and I received a written estimate by email that evening. I accepted the quote and work began a few days later. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and found Luis and his crew to be timely, respectful, clean, and thorough. In addition to the ceiling work and painting, I hired Luis for further improvements including replacing baseboards, interior doors, light fixtures and ceiling fans. My condo looks practically brand new. At each step, I experienced fair pricing, professionalism, and a high standard of quality work. I will call Priceless Painting for future projects, and recommend them highly.

It was not a pleasant experience ---we found Mr Paez to be very vague with his proposal and did not want to provide details for the cabana or deck build out. We are not sure if he under bid the project inorder to procure the job -- however he did manage to inflate his cost as he progressed with the job and felt he could have walked away knowing that we were trapped.Mr Paez has certainly disappointed us despite his Angie's list reviews!!

The contractor was very easy to work with, was ok with changes and adds. Flow of work was great.

Very professional. Crew arrived on time and were very detail oriented. Anything that we pointed out, they took care of right away, and took care of some spot that we didn't see. I think the best I can say is that they exceed our expectations. Would highly recommend

The work was well done. I needed repairs to my sheet rock and paint on the interior of my home. Luis and Priceless painting did a great job. They started at 9 and finished late afternoon and completed the job. I felt that I really got my money's worth. I will be sure to use him again. I highly recommed Luis of Priceless Painting.

What Luis did for our home was everything listed above - but so much more. First off, he found that a large section of our gutters were quite intact and didn't need to be removed, as I was concerned - these were not the section of gutters that were included in the bid, so he could have gotten more money if he'd said they were bad as well, but he didn't. Not to mention, it would have been easier for him to paint without those gutters there. He replace yards of fascia boards that were damaged. I have an 7'x12' louvered window box in front of my living room windows that I didn't want to have removed. All except the louvers were rotting. As it stood, he replace each support post, one at a time. Then he replaced all of the other boards that made that huge box! Amazing. It's as if it were made yesterday! They were able to stand on it when they were done! All windows, doors, a/c unit, ground, concrete, driveway, security lights, outlets, door handles, etc, etc... were all covered and/or taped. Nothing has paint on it that shouldn't. They spent two whole days simply doing woodwork to prepare for the painting! I was embarrassed at the amount of energy and time they were having to spend to get my old house up to par so that it would look brand new again. I felt guilty for knowing that I was only going to have to pay the bid price - that's how hard they earned their money. They did a tremendous amount of work - and it is very good work. I forgot to mention the ridiculous amount of scraping they had to do on the cedar boards. I should also mention that Luis, himself, is always on site, unless he is running to Sherwin Williams. As a matter of fact, Luis stayed after he sent his crew home one day so that he could do the precision painting that needed finishing. I had asked Luis after the bid was in and after they had started working, whether or not he could repair my garage doors for an extra price. He was not hesitant to tell me that he couldn't do the work. I'm thrilled that he can be forthright when he cannot do a repair, instead of trying to fake it and collect the money. He has much character. He and his crew are as pleasant to be around as anyone I can think of. They are quiet, respectful, honest, hard working, lovely men that need to work their craft. I will be hiring them again to do anything they can do for my home. The wood on my house now looks like new siding! The brick isn't its old burnt orange anymore! I have a skilled tradesman I can call from now on! Yes, I'm thrilled!

The Owner himself came to give the bids after we talk the previous day. He was very nice, and got the quote back to me fast so I could submitted it to our board who approves projects. After we approve it, they came and work for 3 days from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. They were very considered as they made sure all items were cover and not damaged. They even stay later the 3rd day to make sure everything was done right. So I am very happy with the work they did, and would recommend them for another jobs to the fraternity house ,and to other people in Galveston.

Their price was higher than other bids I received, but from their ratings on the List I was pretty sure they'd be worth the extra money. They were. And I definitely got my money's worth. For example, they did a bunch of prep work that I didn't know was included in the bid. Also, it was apparent from the start that Luis Paez wanted my house to look as nice as I did. Yes, there are many good contractors focussed on quality work. But Luis reminded me of an old-time craftsman - someone who does good work and was proud of it. He was thorough, cooperative and patient. (I'm very particular.) He was ALWAYS willing, throughout the process, to make it right if I caught something his eagle-eye missed. And when he'd correct it, he consistently did MORE than I expected. Case in point: there were a few spots near the stairway to touch up. Rather than just touch them up, he had his guys put a second coat on the lower half of the entire wall. I was very well satisfied. I'll certainly use him again.

Called Luis to repaint a section of ceiling in downstairs kitchen area and master bath. I asked Luis if his company also did finish carpentry work. He said yes. This was great for me because I didn't have to hire two separate contractors. Luis came out to the house give me a quote. We set a date for the work and he and his crew showed up on time. A total of three crew, including Luis, worked most of the day to complete the job in just one day. They covered the area with sheets of plastic and did a good job cleaning up. As far as the carpentry work, they did a great job! Because of shadows on the ceiling due to light coming in from the surrounding windows, it was a bit difficult to see all of the areas that needed to be re-painted on the ceiling. A few days later, when the light was different, I noticed that a few areas needed to be touched up. I called Luis and he came out that Saturday, without question, and touched up the ceiling. It looks fantastic. You can't even tell it was repainted. I was very pleased with the outcome of the work. I would definitely use this company again.

They were awesome. I highly recommend them for any paint job you have. They take their time and they covered up my walls and floor before they began. They took their time and the price was great. I was glad I found them. It would of taken me three or four days to do what they did in half a day.

Luis was very responsive and came out to give us an estimate in the evening after work hours; I was impressed that he came all the way from League City to Spring to do this for us. The work occurred over 3 and a half days and the crew arrived promptly each day. We are very pleased with the quality of the painting and construction (back threshold) work. Luis is very accommodating and easy to work with and responded promptly to emails. He also came back out on a weekend at our request to work on the banisters a second time because they were not smooth after being refinished the first time. Overall we were very pleased and would use Priceless Painting again. Two small disappointments: there was some paint-related debris left in the front yard and the total price seemed a bit high.
