Description of Work: He came to our home on time but after that everything was downhill. The first quote was later than I had requested and all it had was a price, For some reason I could not open his emails which lasted several days. Finally after the second fax from Krogers he quoted on a room that was not to be included which he called a bedroom which is clearly a home offece. He also quoted painting the paneling in the den in which only the ceiling was to be included. After all that I didn't want to use him.
