The building process and closing both went very well. Perry Homes was helpful with the changes we wanted made, and we were contacted on a regular basis, for progress information. After we moved in, however, we began to notice the mistakes made. Mostly this consisted of poor workmanship on the wood interior. The cabinets were not sanded down properly. The stairway railing is extremely rough, and there are a couple of doors that have so much space between the door and the jam, you can see light through them. The woodworking is the only thing they had problems with everything else was done professionally. For the house we had built, the price was excellent.

We went to Perry Homes and looked at the models and the sales representative was very helpful in our decision. Their prices were good for the quality construction and they explained the home warranties and the building process. The groundbreaking was scheduled as soon as the permits were available and the house was built on time. The walk through and move in date was scheduled as promised. They did a real good job and the house was in great condition when we moved in.

Perry Homes showed us models, floor plans and designs and we went to their design center to pick out all the interiors. Their prices were quite reasonable and they were able to explain the warranties and assured us the home would be built on time. The groundbreaking was scheduled as soon as the permits were available and the home was built in the time frame designated. They set up a walk through and move in date and there were just a few minor problems that were taken care of. The homes are excellent and they build a fine quality home. They bend over backwards to help you.
