Marlene's Cleaning

The work was very well done. My kitchen sink was left gleaming! Marlene and her staff are always on time, efficient, and courteous. Attached are a few of the photos I took of my house after they cleaned it. These photos hopefully give you a sense of how well the team dusts and cleans the floors.

Marlene's Team did a wonderful job. The team worked 4 hours a day for two days each and performed a "miracle". They came back for some difficult sorting out work later in the week and again surpassed my expectations! Price was reasonable, they were always on time and very courteous. I highly recommend this excellent teams service!

Marlene has cleaned our house for several years now and we are well satisfied.

It was a hard job, and I was very impressed with Marlene's thorough deep clean (all appliances, inside of refrigerator, blinds, shelves). I highly recommend. Her whole crew was very pleasant to work with, as well.

It was perfect! I work 60 hours a week and to come home to a sparkling clean home is a blessing. She didn't just dust the furniture, she polished it and all kitchen appliances. The floors and carpets were immaculate. The bathrooms shined. This is the best service I have ever tried, and there have been a few. Thank you Marlene!

Marlene's cleaning people did a great job on the initial "deep cleaning" and have been coming to clean our home every two weeks for almost six months now. They are always on time and professional, and adaptable to particular needs when we have them.

Marlene and her crew do a great job. With have 4 dogs in the house there is always dog hair but after the cleanings Marlene and her crew does biweekly, we can't find any dog hair. They are great!

Marlene and her team cleaned my home for about 4 months. I decided I wanted help with the house while I was planning a destination wedding(and 50+ hours a week working) - it was a great decision! They did an awesome job and I was so relieved to not worry about cleaning during this time.

Marlene and her crew arrived promptly and got to work right away. They did everything that I was wanting them to do, and did a wonderful job, too. They completed the job in just 2 hours. I have never hired someone to clean my house before, as I was always able to do it myself. But due to health issues, I am not able to do heavy or tedious tasks anymore. I researched several cleaning companies listed on Angie's List, and I decided to go with Marlene's Cleaning. She came out to my house a few days prior to the cleaning to give me an estimate. Her first estimate I thought was too high for the size of my house (about 2,300 sq. ft minus my office, which I did not wish to have cleaned, so about 2,200 sq. ft.). She was willing to work with me on that, which I really appreciated. Marlene is going to come back on a regular basis, once a month. I will do light cleaning myself in between. I highly recommend Marlene's Cleaning to anyone who is thinking about hiring a cleaning service in the area!

Really well - they are fast, efficient, and polite. They are also VERY GOOD at cleaning. The place is sparkling. We pay $160 every two weeks for a 5 bedroom + 4.5 bathroom house with a man cave and office.

The cleaners did a good job, however, Marlene was somewhat unprofessional during the process. She talked on her phone while she was there, and she left on a couple of occasions (maybe to check on other workers). After the cleaning was completed, she asked that the check be made out to her, not the company. Also, for my proof of cleaning, I needed a receipt which she promised to provide and still has not given to me.

Very efficient and thorough. I would definitely hire again or refer.

I was not happy at all. They were way too expensive and they did not do a thorough cleaning at all. She was nice. She did come back and cleaned one area that was still not good. They broke something. I wasn't happy. They originally quoted me $550 to come and clean and they brought it done to $450. I was happy to pay $450 but I expected a really top to bottom clean like she said and she didn't do that. I used them a couple more times and it never got any better so we stopped. It was expensive. She was responsive but it still wasn't good. They didn't do what they were supposed to do.

The apartment was extremely dirty from several years of neglect. Marlene's team of cleaners did a great job, the place looked better than I ever thought possible. Marlene responded to my initial inquiry promptly and was easy to work with to schedule a time. Her team arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a very thorough job.

Marlene was extremely efficient and professional in arriving for her initial estimate for a baseline cleaning of my one bedroom condo. It was well worth the $220 cost. Her team did a great job! They really got down to getting a few stains out of the carpet, vacuuming my furniture, and making sure all of the light fixtures and windows were gleaming, as well as dusting the areas where I keep all of my knick-knacks, and, more imporantly, not breaking any. I was very impressed. I have continued a bi-monthly cleaning service with Marlene at $100 and it has been worth every penny. I come home to a spotless environment every two weeks, and I love it! I actually don't even see the team, due to work hours, but feel comfortable with giving them access to my place. Marlene was also recommended to me by a coworker.

I took the pets (3 dogs) and went to the office for the time they were working. It took 4 hours with 3 people working - but oh my! GREAT job! Looked and smelled wonderful. There was dust everywhere from the renovations/construction and the place was spotless! They did a wonderful job and I now have Marlene coming once a month. I just take the dogs and leave. She's very professional and does a wonderful/thorough job. I trust her completely.

Very friendly and professional. When Marlene says she will clean your house, she means it. Now we have them cleaning every two weeks.

Marlene was quick to respond and provide estimate. The do a great job cleaning. She has been extremely flexible as I have 1) forgotten to leave her a check, 2) had a door that wouldn't open with the key, 3) had to cancel due to road flood. The only con- no way to pay electronically, I am very bad about remember to write a check and would love to pay her through paypal or some other electronic method.
