Marlene's Cleaning

Went well. A crew of 2 + Marlene. I liked her crew, hardworking honest folks. I will hire again for monthly cleanings. I do hope they stay crime free and I will update in a few months.

Three cleaners worked very hard for over 6 hours. Medium size home that hadn't been cleaned regularly for over two years and many small decorative items. I was amazed they even dusted all these small glass items. They did a very thorough job and didn't require our listing items like tops of ceiling fan blades and tops of door way woodwork or shutter doors. We asked for a special on the kitchen floors, which took a lot of effort. We were extremely pleased with the results. I've had a number of cleaning services over the years and would rate Marlene's an A without reservation.

They were wonderful. I needed the house cleaned to put it on the market. They did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again.

It was a team of 3 that showed up and they were focused, detail oriented, polite and overall did a fantastic job. I was highly satisfied with their cleaning and would definitley recommend them! I will continue to do business with them. :)

Marlene’s crew did a good job. I like that she has a crew of 2-3 people working on my house. The house is cleaned quickly but cleaned well. Plan to have them come every two weeks.

Very timely response and estimate and quick turnaround too for the actual cleaning. They were very thorough and professional and have signed them up now to clean Home on regular basis.

I have an older home (all hard surface floors) w/lots of rooms but little space. Clutter and ability to deep clean get hampered by that, especially with 10-14hr a day work schedules, kids and pets. Marlene came by a day after I called to give an estimate. The next day the crew arrived and did everything perfectly. It's like a new house. I've received an estimate for biweekly cleaning at $100.00.

At first, everything was fine until one day I had to leave them to go to a business meeting. I personally handed them the key to the door. Next thing I know, I am getting a text saying the key didn't work and they just left my house wide open. They wouldn't pick up the phone when I called and just took off. Completely unprofessional and negligent. I had a friend leave work to go over to the house and check the key, turns out they were using their own house key and didn't even recognize it. When I tried to call back again, they refused to pick up the phone and would only communicate via text. Bottom line, they never should have left the house like that and they had the nerve to contact me the following week to come clean. They not only put my home at risk, they put my business at risk.

Marlene was very attentive and double checked her workers personally. She did great.

The ladies did a wonderful job on my home. They cleaned fans, chandeliers, cabinets (both inside and out), walls, windows, carpets and floors. They brought their own cleaning supplies and ladders. The house looks great! They were scheduled for 10 and arrived at 10:40. They got right to work. I will use again!

They did an extremely exceptional job. They were punctual and went over and beyond. I couldn't have ask for better service. Will definitely hire again.

Marlene's team did a great job and I am looking forward to having them clean on a regular basis.

Marlene and her team are wonderful. I work 40+ hours per week and attend night classes and have other family obligations so I can't keep my home looking as clean as I want it. Marlene and her employees do a beautiful and detailed job. My house looks beautiful when they finish and they are very thorough.

I called and spoke to Marlene. I explained I needed the house cleaned the next day because we have some surprise guests coming and she told me she could accommodate me. I tried to lock in a time but she told me she was on the road and would text me a time later. 2 hours later she texted me and told me that she didn't work in my area and couldn't help me. I am disappointed in the customer service. Please don't commit to a job and then cancel, especially if it is a last minute situation like this. I understand that you have a service area but you should have clarified that before we hung up. I am now calling others trying to find someone with availability.
