They showed up 15 minutes upon appointment and went right to work! I have three dogs so they worked around the dogs and me. I had them do the deep cleaning and they did such a great job! I recommend them to everyone!

Did a wonderful job, and I'm really picky.

Marlene came with two other people and spent approximately 6 hours cleaning my one story, 4 bedroom, 3 full bath house. The is the best cleaning service I have ever used. Very detail oriented and thorough. Everything that they cleaned came out looking fantastic. They were a very professional and pleasant crew and I am very satisfied with the service they provided. Contacted Marlene's to come and deep clean our house. The crew showed up just a few minuites late but jumped right into the job. They moved furniture, cleaned base boards, and ceiling fans plus everything else. The crew spent about 4 hours and did just a fantastic job. We are considering setting up a regular cleaning schedule with them.

Excellent cleaning service. There are three in the group and they work very hard. I have had both a deep clean, after we had our kitchen remodeled - dust everywhere, and now use them on a regular basis. I have been very very happy with their service. There are two ladies and one man, I think that works well, and the three do a fantastic job. We have two dogs, including one lab, so there is always dog hairs around and they get it all. It takes them about 2 or 2.5 hours to clean the whole house, and they don't leave until it is all done. I feel very comfortable leaving the house, when they are there. They are worth every penny!

When Marlene's team arrived they had to work around both my husband and me as well as a cable repairman. I requested that they use my sweeper and steam mop. Despite all this they worked like no other cleaning service I have had in the past.. They moved furniture, rugs and got up on ladders to give light fixtures a complete cleaning. Honestly, I keep a clean house and it has never been like this. My husband commented that it was like moving into a new house. I am extremely happy with their work. She brought two other people, spent approximately 6 hours and charged 350.00 which I thought was very reasonable.

They were early, professional and very thorough. It took them 3 hours which is about an hour faster than it was estimated to take. This was a deep cleaning and we've never had anyone who has ever done a better job. We really appreciated the efficient manner in which they cleaned our home from top to bottom. We have already set up dates for future regular cleanings. We recommend them to anyone who may need a one time cleaning or a regular service...you won't be disappointed.

All in all they did a fantastic job and my experience exceeded my expectations, however, a few things were overlooked, but I'm confident that upon mentioning it to them when they come to clean again that they'll be sure to clean those areas. I highly recommend Marlene's Cleaning.

This company is one of the best I've found. They clean every room very thoroughly. Each room, depending on what room it is, is given the exact attention that is needed. I LOVE the attention to detail that is given to each room...no need to check and see that anything was overlooked.

I found Marlene's Cleaning here on Angie's List. Marlene came over to give us an estimate the same day I called her. She gave us the estimate and her team arrived right on time on the agreed upon date. They were extremely professional and courteous. They did a deep cleaning which included the inside windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, and dusting of the blinds, and much, much more. The entire house sparkled and smelled fantastic. We have an 11 month old and are just so busy all of the time, that housecleaning sometimes takes a backseat to everything else. They did in a few hours what would have taken us days to accomplish while trying to keep up with our little one. Because of their wonderful job and affordability, we will now have regular scheduled cleanings by Marlene and her team.

Marlene came over to provide an estimate within a day of calling her. She quoted a for price for the initial detail cleaning and regular cleaning. Two days later she had a crew of 3 people at the house when they were supposed to arrive. They send about 4 hours in the house cleaning every surface, nook and cranny. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to others looking for a similar service.

Rod came at the time promised. He took the cover off the spa, disconnected the removed panel and the spa worked like new. He pointed out some additional issues, but because of the location of the spa, and his inability to access the sides of the spa he will have to come back.

Marlene came over within two hours of me contacting her to tour my home and give me an estimate. While the price quoted seemed a little high to me, our house was in desperate need of a deep clean. We set a date and she told me that the cleaning crew would be at my house at 11am. At 11am on the day of service, my doorbell rang! I really appreciated the punctuality. The crew did a great job. We had one small mishap - a wineglass broke, but the cleaner offered to pay for it. We were already missing a glass, so I told her not to worry about it. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend and use Marlene's Cleaning again!

Everything was fine and there was only one thing I ask them to go back to. I thought one set of blinds was still a little dusty and the they went back over them. They did a great job.

Marlene came by, on time, and we talked about the scope of work I wanted done. I even called her back and added something else to the list. We adjusted the price and all was well. We had arranged for the following Monday between 9 & 9:30. By 9:15 two ladies arrived and hit the ground running. They didn't take a break, were very professional, brought all there own equipment and did a great job. I'm now making arrangements to have them come bi-weekly. A great team and a great experience.

Crew arrived about 10 minutes ahead of schedule, they had all of the cleaning material. They were prepared to do the job as requested during the initial walk through. Each worker seemed aware of their role and things moved very quickly. Blinds cleaned, ceiling fans, base boards, window ledge, dusted throughout. sweep and mop, all around complete service. I liked the ability to be flexible as my needs change. They are bonded and certificate was provided. I feel I can trust this crew with access through my security channels. I will definitely use them again. I am set up for service every other week.

The ladies that come to service our house do a fantastic job. They work quickly and diligently to get their job done. We have used this company 3 times now and have been completely satisified and plan to keep them coming on a regular basis.

She's good. I trusted her to come to my home while I wasn't there, I just left my key in a little box that has a little key code in it and we'll have a work done and they came in, they did their thing, they took out the trash and figured out where the trash went, that was nice. They were good. I don't think it was her, it was one of the people that was working for her, I wasn't happy with one of my blinds, if for some reason that they're broke, I don't know what happened but she's very honest about it and came forward and said, I'm sorry that happened, I just want to let you know if there's anything we can do just let us know, so that was nice too.

It is a 5-month old house...practically brand new with no furniture to move around. We just needed a good dusting of electric fans, baseboards, wooden floors, kitchen and bath countertops etc. It is about a 2400 sq. ft., a 3 bedrooms/3 baths townhouse. They were on time and did a good job in the 3 hours that they stayed. Marleny was professional and was very pleasant to work with. Given the chance, I will hire them again and I will recommend them to both family and friends.

Marlene came and looked around the house and gave me her estimate. Her Sister in law, Marleny, along with another helper, did the cleaning. The were on time and did an outstanding job! The work was done in the amount of time that Marlene had originally estimated and both were very nice and professional. Marleny and a helper came last week to start my weekly cleaning. Again, on time, professional and very thorough. Can't say enough about them! I am so impressed with the way Marlene runs her business. She's very accessible and answers calls and/or texts in a very timely manner.

The first time they came to clean they did a good job and followed up after the visit to make sure I was satisfied. They show up when expected and spend time at my house to clean thoroughly.

The Service provided was excellent and punctual. People were very courteous, pleasant and professional. would recommend to my friends and family any time. Very pleased with quality of service.

First, I have to say I am very picky about house cleaning. I was very pleased with the results. Marlene was very thorough. My apartment has an abundance of mirrors in the kitchen, closet sliding doors at the entry and large mirror in the double sink vanity bathroom. All of the mirrors were steak free. I was truly impressed.
