Description of Work: Deep cleaning entire house. Base boards included. They were abov 10 minutes late. Marlene took two ladies to every room and went over everything they were to do, which I thought was great. They worked very hard. They stoppf for lunch. The only mishap was I found food from their lunch on the floor and oo my counter top, I cleaned it up even though they had not cleaned the kitchen yet. I do leave food on the floor or counters. Description of Work: I called this company and Marlene came out to give me estimates for 2 homes within 2 hours of my initial call. We made appointments for the following week for both mine and my mother's homes. Since both were initial cleans, I requested 3 workers, and the company sent 3 ladies that arrived on time to both homes. These ladies did an amazing job!!! I pointed out a couple of things that I would like readdressed and they were more than happy to make sure I was satisfied! I only add the next comment to show the level of professionalism shown by Marlene and her employees: during the process of cleaning a light fixture, one of the globes broke. The lady, came to me with the broken glass and explained what happened and at the same time, Marlene called on the phone to offer what ever it would take to replace the light and held good on her offer! I would highly recommend this company. I probably have some form of OCD and have not been satisfied by 3 other companies...these ladies surpassed my expectations. I have scheduled the 2 homes for bi-weekly cleaning with Marlene.
