Description of Work: Baseboard replacement in breakfast area, laundry room, and master bath. Cut baseboard at 45 degree angles and caulked joints and seams.

+ -1 moreManuel returned my call immediately and came out right away to give an estimate. His prices were very good and I gave him a list of what I wanted done. The handyman services were scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on, and Manuel was right on time. He took one thing at a time and did a wonderful job. He covered the furniture to protect it while he painted the walls and was very detailed installing the marble flooring. He also hung a swing set for me and trimmed two of my trees. He cleaned up as he worked and left the house in tiptop shape.
Description of Work: Manuel installed siding on my outdoor shed, and painted the complete exterior of my home. He also repaired my foundation and installed marble flooring in my entry. He added drywall to the interior walls of my garage, repaired cracks in my driveway and installed two garage door openers. Lastly he hung a swing set and trimmed two trees.
