Lumber Liquidators

Terrible. I wish I could give this Lumber Liquidators a good review for their personable and helpful staff (especially Eric), who are good people that want to satisfy their customers, but the installation company they use in League City is absolutely terrible; so because of my horrible experience with doing my entire flooring project through this Lumber Liquidators, I am giving them a bad review. Unfortunately, they have no control over what the installation company does once the material is delivered, but they do have a choice of which company to use for their installations. Although LL hasn't resolved my problems, I will give them credit for promising to stand behind me 100% and make things right. If you want the job done right, in a timely manner, and you want to deal with people that are communicative (in English) and knowledgeable about how to install flooring properly, don't use their installation company. Buy the flooring and find a reputable contractor to do the work or do it yourself. If I knew the name of the installation company, I would share it and bash them on every review website known to man, but I don't even think they have a legitimate company name. I believe all who do business with this Lumber Liquidators need to know that you might be very disappointed in the installation and the way the installer/contractor does business. I could write a book about all the things I am dissatisfied about. If LL resolves my issues, as I have filed a claim with their customer care department, I will consider changing my rating and updating this review.

They installed the flooring wrong. They came out and fixed three times but it is still not fixed. It is still awful. In the end, I am like, 'I don't want you back. Please don't come back.' They were punctual. I wouldn't use them again in future and I will tell every body else I talk to not to.
