Lintblasters

I do not recommend Lintblasters. Robert and Chris didn’t do what we paid them to do, and wouldn’t come back to make it right or give us a refund. Also, Robert texted me three screens of rants after I explicitly asked him not to contact me again. TL;DR below. They spent about thirty minutes at our house. Robert worked in the house, while Chris went on the roof to clear the dryer vent from the top down. At one point, Robert thought one of the vents was crushed at a joint, as one of guys was having problems getting their brushes through. Robert went in the attic, found two pieces of pipe that he said were “disconnected” and taped the joint. He told me that the dryer would dry a lot quicker now and they left. Subsequently, our dryer took over twice as long to dry a load. My husband pulled the dryer out from the wall to make sure the flexible hose to the wall wasn’t crushed and then I called Robert while my husband kept investigating. When I told Robert our dryer was working worse than before he got super defensive. He claimed he told me a bunch of things that he hadn’t, so I sent him some pictures from behind the wall. He agreed to come back, but then backed out, claiming we had a severe builder’s defect because the pipe doesn’t come all the way down inside the wall to connect to the dryer. (It only extends through the ceiling.) My husband removed the tape between the two pieces in the attic and ceiling and they were completely full of lint. I texted him a picture of one of the lint-filled pipes, asked for a refund, and to not contact me otherwise. This is when I got the three screens of ranty response. We think Chris cleaned out the furnace pipe by mistake, but who knows? My husband took the pipes into the garage and cleaned them out himself. I advise you to not trust these guys the way I did.

They were supposed to come out at 8 am. He then texted the day before to tell me they were moving me to 7am because someone cancelled. The day of he texted me at 5:45 am to tell me that he wasn't coming because my neighborhood's builder has vent covers that are hard to manage. That information would have been great before the day of. Now I have to find someone else. So unprofessional.

The technician I spoke to was very nice and helpful. We scheduled an appt and they took no more than 15 minutes to clean the dryer air ducts which were completely blocked on the roof. He informed me that the ducts need to be cleaned at least once a year due to the fire hazard they impose. Was very pleased with the service I received, I will definitely be using them again in the future!

They did an excellent job cleaning out the vent. They were punctual and professional. I was disappointed in how expensive it was. The advertised price was $60, but they charged me $130 due to the length of our vent. I expected a price higher than $60, but not more than double the quoted price.

Great. Took about an hour and the dryer works much better now. We will use them again (and they will call in a year if you ask them to so I don't even have to remember)

To complete job, they had to carry heavy equipment up attic stairs. They worked extremely hard. Now clothes dryer works as it should have all along.

Showed up on time and performed the service quickly, greatly reduced the amount of time it now takes to dry our laundry.

Lint Blasters was recommended to us. We called and Ask if they are on Angie's list and they are. We made the appointment. They arrived on time and did a professional job. The dryers with front loading are harder to clean than my old dryer. These guys knew what they were doing, in no time they had the dryer out cleaning up, dryer vent out and cleaned, "found a small hole" and fixed it. Inside dryer was cleaned including filter and around the rim of the glass. They put us in their computer data base for a regular cleaning every two years and will sent us a reminder notice. They gave us a senior discount.

They cleaned everything up really good. They did have to go to the roof since the vents are up there. They were quick and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again in the future.
