+ -1 moreThe guys were great! They did an awesome job removing the old and installing the new windows. The guy that came two weeks before did a great job measuring some specialty furniture pieces for glass tops.
Description of Work: Installed a large window above fireplace and a regular size window. Also cut 3 pieces of thick glass for wood furniture.

+ -1 moreAfter they came out, no called me, I had to call them to see what it was now going to cost to install. They went from $350 to $570! The owner wanted to charge me a $75.00 service fee for his men showing up for 10 min and telling me they couldn't install the mirror. Long story short, I felt I was being treated unfairly and expressed that to the Owner Tom. He said, "OK you can take your business some where else. Johnson Glass in Pasadena is going to install it for $419 and in 1 piece of mirror.
Description of Work: I shopped around and League City Glass and Mirror had the best pricing. They showed up on time. However, when they got to my house, they said they could not install the mirror. They gave me no options until I suggested cutting the mirror in 3 section.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience, with one exception as noted. They came as promised to look at the mirrors and give an estimate. I had an 8 am appointment on the day of installation. They showed up at 8:45 am. Didn't call to let me know they were going to be late and didn't apologize for being late. The strips were installed well and they look great!
Description of Work: They replaced 2 beveled mirror strips on our bathroom mirrors.
