+ -1 moreAlex rescheduled on the day of the appointment. He did it again on the rescheduled date. Then he wanted to reschedule for a third time on the day of the rescheduled appointment. I said no thanks and found a different company. I used Derrick and Co. and he showed up when he said he would and did a good job.
