The technician returned my call quickly and followed up with an estimate to treat my house and yard for bugs. His prices were really good, but I didn't get a written guarantee, although he assured me all the bugs would be gone. The treatment was scheduled as soon as a day was set and the technician showed up on time. He killed all the bugs, did a real good job and he was polite and friendly.
Description of Work: The technician came to my house and sprayed the inside and outside for bugs. He also sprayed the patio and garage.

I am satisfied. K & M is always on time. I thought it was nice of them to offer me a contract at such a good price. I turned it down because I do not have this problem very often. After they leave, it takes about 6 months or so before I even see a trace of a bug. However, I will continue to use them whenever the problem occurs.
Description of Work: K & M Exterminators occasionally comes to my home to exterminate for bugs and mice. I do not have the problem to often.
