+ -1 moreJTP did excellent work and we would clearly use again. We would insist they develop thier bid more fully next time. JTP could be more upfront as to adders instead of waiting till job complete.
Description of Work: JTP painted the inside and outside of our 3900 sqft home. Most all outside wood was replaced with Hardi Plank including the entire garage. Did an excellent job on interior including all closets, walls and ceilings. JTP recauked every joint and interface throughout the house. Job took two men 26 work days (8Hr/days & 6 Days/wk) to complete entire job which was a little longer than we expected. But the quality was so good, we decided to accept their extended schedule rather than push for larger crew (started Mar 4th - finished April 3rd). Several discoveries occurred as they removed wood so the job expanded from original bid of $9,500.

+ 0 moreThis company was recommended by a friend. They did the estimate right away and gave the best price. After we accepted, they told us when they would be able to start and that's exactly when they came. The owner's were at the house every morning to go over the days work with the painters. They cleaned up every day when they were done. We were very pleased with their service and would use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced rotted trim, power washed, scraped and painted all siding and trim on 2 story house and unattached garage. Repainted exterior doors on garage and refinished the wood door on the house. Caulked all cracks, joints and windows.
