It was very good service. He also knowledgeable about drainage. He did landscape lighting, installed few on and it was pretty and realistic looking.

We are extremely pleased with our new system and the installation. The work was completed quickly and with a minimum of disruption. The lawn that was removed during installation was all replaced and grew back beautifully. The team was great and designed a system that fits our needs exactly. We have been able to recommend them to people who have stopped by to ask the name of the company that did our installation.

Called and left a message to have a lawn sprinkler system installed. They never called back.

They were great! They were punctual , professional , and did quality work. Out of 3 bids I felt like they were the best quote. The last rain we had kept water from gathering around home foundation. I highly recommend them. Jeff and Lesa Lord are the owners and their workers were great.

They were on time and called before coming. They checked the sprinkler system, cleared some sprinkler heads of grass, re-directed some sprinkler heads, checked the sequence of the timer. They added one sprinkler head to a flower bed not being covered. They were professional and did a very good job! I appreciate having them in the neighborhood.

Came on time, and got to work. Cleaned up each day.

Initial reason for contacting this company was to repair zone errors on our controller box. On the 1st visit, the lead technician pressed the 'reset' button on the board and was unable to duplicate the issue. Instead of trying to identify the true root cause of the problem, the technician sggested some modest improvements to some sprinkler heads - which we agreed. We left for vacation a couple of days later and returned to a sprinkler system with the exact same zone error issues. The company quickly responded and sent the same technician out a few days later. The technician made comments about the poor quality of the wiring from the box to the valves and assumed it was the valves that were causing the problems. Without doing any trouble-shooting of the system, the company replaced 2 valves. Next day -- same issue on sprinkler system. We tested the voltage on the older valves and they were operable! We called another sprinkler system repair company who confirmed that the root cause of the issue was the wiring -- not the box, not the valves! They took only $100 off on the last invoice. The owner of the company informed us not to call their company again for issues.

Irrigation Concepts were professional and arrived on time for the estimate. I did not elect the service as the price was over $1000 from another company and used the same type of products. They were extremely overpriced.

We have used this company since early 2000 when they installed ours and our neighbors system. Over the course of time minor issues have cropped up and they have always been very responsive and quick to repair. Today it required digging up one of the heads along with overall work on several others. They were on time as usual (we see the same guys most of the time) and quickly got the job done.

Irrigation Concepts were slow. It took a long time for them to get out there. They were cumbersome. They canceled multiple appointments when trying to get the bid and when that happens I generally won't higher them. I don't care how cheap they are. I think if they can't get it together to get a bid out then I don't want to work with them. I wasn't there for the actual bid, but I didn't have a complaint from my general contractor.

We recently purchased an older home that had an existing sprinkler system. Because of some difficulties with the existing control box we weren't able to test the entire system before purchasing the house. Todd came out to install a Rainbird control box and check the system. After getting the box installed he found that one head was a and quot;geyserand quot; and replaced it. We have plans to have Jeff come out to expand and improve the system we have. I have always been pleased with the service we have received from the team at Irrigation Concepts and would highly recommend them.

What a great service!!!!!. I had people doing landscaping work ( NOT irrigation concepts company ) and they broke an irrigation line. Searched the web and called this company I found this company through the BBB and the gulf coast irrigation org( don't remember the full name of the org , through the web again got to a a member profile org of irrigation service people) Mr Todd, and Mr Raul came promptly and I received a great service. The line that was broken was fixed . Mr Todd after working for a while under full 100 degrees sun noticed that the rain sensor that I mentioned was having trouble was rusted when it shouldn't; he noticed that it was under warranty and volunteered to go swap it out and install it the next day (HE DID NOT INSTALLED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE) I paid $90 for this service Honesty and sensible prices are rewarded I plan to refer their services to friends and neighbors I will call them again in case I need service
