I have contacted Angi's list to remove the negative review that was posted in error on my part. I am giving this company 5 stars for handling this with professionalism which leads me to believe they very likely do an excellent job.

Description of Work: They restained our two mahogany front doors. I was pleased with the way they turned out. However, they were not on time and I didn't find them to be very professional. I loaned them a screwdriver to install the new door hardware (No problem but they should have had one). When the hole in the door was too tight to accept the new hardware, it was up to me to enlarge the hole. Luckily, I work with wood so I had the tool I needed. |

Description of Work: My husband emailed the company on Friday, June 5, and included information about the door and a photo. It is now Tuesday afternoon, and we have not heard a word from them. Too bad, because it sounded like they would do a good job. We were very disappointed in their lack of response.

+ -1 moreAll went extremely well. Ed answered all my questions and set up an appointment during the initial phone call. He showed up exactly when he said and was very professional in demeanor and work quality. He refinished the wood on my door in place and it looks brand new. He gave me a tip for refinishing the hardware. If there is one thing he could have done better it is he could have given me that particular tip early in the day so that I could have refinished the hardware while it was off the door.
