+ 0 moreI started with having only my back yard mowed for $15/week in 2010. Two years later I added the front and now pay $28/week. I do not have large yards, but one provider I contacted in 2010 wanted $25 for the back alone. so I believe I am paying a reasonable price. Additionally, during the fall/winter Robert's crew automatically cuts the schedule back to every other week so I'm not paying them to cut grass that isn't growing. They have also done some hedge trimming during these months at no extra charge, just to make sure I am getting my money's worth. [I was one of Robert's first customers so maybe he has me on a and quot;loyaltyand quot; program :) ] I highly recommend Horizon Lawn and Landscape. P.S. I have dogs that drag their toys and other items all over my back yard. Each week the lawn crew picks up these items and places them back on my deck, which I know is a pain.
Description of Work: I have been using Horizon Lawn and Landscape for weekly lawn service (mowing and occasional landscaping job) since the summer of 2010.

Description of Work: Cleaned up trees and shrubs, then mulched all the beds. They have also started mowing and garden maintenance.

Description of Work: At the beginning I had high hopes that this company would end up being the lawn company I would rely on for all lawn and landscaping services. After the initial phone conversation, I believed there was a mutual understanding of what I needed in terms of lawncare. The owner assured me that he would call me the next day and have his guys out to take care of my lawn that next day. Not only did he not call, but didn't bother to answer until after I had called and texted twice, at which time he TEXTED back that I should probably find a back-up company because he obviously couldn't take care of business. Not only does this show a lack of professionalism, bad business, lack of reliability, immaturity, but it's just flat out rude. For an owner of a company to give a potential customer the expectation that he is reliable when I clearly stated that I needed lawn care done as soon as possible and then toss me to the side like he had better things to do. Ridiculous. I will make sure to tell friends, neighbors, co-workers, everyone, NOT to ever to business with this guy or his company.

+ -1 moreI was mowing my own lawn back and front for four years and when I had to travel last summer, I wanted the front lawn looking good at all times. The owner, Robert Eldred, responded immediately to my call for an estimate and agreed to do the lawn every other week, as I am on a limited budget. At the height of the summer season he contacted me to suggest having it done weekly and I agree, same price per visit. Around September, when the growing period slowed down again, he automatically went back to the every-other-week schedule without me asking. They do a great job. I would have them do the backyard also were my budget not limited. I did have them do the back once as it had gotten very overgrown while I was traveling and I couldn't get to it for several weekends. They did a bang-up job for $75.00 and I was able to maintain it after that.

I would have them do the backyard also were my budget not limited. I am very pleased with the service.
