+ -1 moreA couple of times it was fine but the last month has been bad they keep telling me they're going to show up and they don't show up there's no information coming my way indicating that they're not going to show up they just don't show up and then I sent a text to the company and they say oh yeah we're gonna shop tomorrow I never do this is happened three times now this month I'm tired of it I sent him a text today so they fired him

+ -1 moreThe cost is ongoing. I pay monthly, it's $32 a week. I don't know how long it takes to complete the work because I'm not usually here, but I imagine it takes about 30 minutes to one hour. The workers are professional. They've been cutting my yard for over a year. They've been doing what I ask them to do.

+ -1 moreThey consistently skipped my yard (6 TIMES) and then billed me for it anyway. I wrote notes on their invoices informing them that they were skipping my yard. I called them numerous times to inform them that they were skipping my yard and asked them to call me back (they DO NOT answer the phone when you call them). They NEVER returned any of my phone calls or responded to ANY of the invoice complaints until I threatened to file a complaint against them. THEN, I was very rudely informed by the manager, Shari, that I owed them for all the times THEY SKIPPED my yard. I never paid them the money they were invoicing me for because they never showed up! They mowed my yard ONE TIME in the entire month of August and then showed up the first week of September and mowed my yard twice in one week--3 days apart. This company's management is very unprofessional. I have never done business with anyone who does not return phone calls regarding multiple customer complaints and concerns and who does not answer any correspondence.
Description of Work: They were hired to mow my lawn once a week on a monthly basis.
