GOAN LOCKSMITH

The owner was extremely rude and had the nerve to tell me that I was bugging him with my questions. They must not need the work as he told me to take my F**king business elsewhere if I didn't like it. I could not believe what I was hearing. I will never use them again nor refer them to anyone else to receive that kind of treatment as a paying customer. Go to a company that knows how to treat customers.

Called to inquire about whether they provided a certain locksmith service. The man who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I'm am glad that business is so good that they can treat potential customers in the way I was treated. I would never consider using this company.

Called up this business today for a possible job and a person named Drew answered the phone. I explained my situation and he acted like they didn't want the business. He stated that it was going to be very expensive. He then asked where the car was and I started to give them the address and he got upset yelling saying "no where is the car". I stated its in front of my home, and again he got upset and stated "WHERE IS THE CAR!" I explained that I was giving him the address of the location and he said "I don't have a GPS in front of me that won't do me any good". I was confused as to what more I could give him other then the address and stating it was my home. At this point I could tell me he was very aggervated and he said "whats the subdivision". I stated the home is not in a sanctioned subdivision and that the area was rural. He said "I don't believe you". At this point I can tell they didn't want my business and to treat potiental customers this way is not good for business and its an indication of the quality of service they provide. I asked what time they closed and he said in a few minutes and won't be back until tomorrow, thus telling me their was no way they wanted my business. Based on this experince I highly not reccommend this locksmith, very unprofessional and rude.

Excellent!! I had given the telephone number of Goan Locksmith to my neighbor, who had the problem with the door on the side of her garage. I had had work done previously by Goan Locksmith after looking at their reviews on Angie's List. I was so pleased that I had written a review and I had absolute confidence that they would do just as good a job for her. She said the locksmith arrived on time, quoted her a reasonable charge, and promptly went to work. After he finished, he double-checked and triple-checked to make sure the lock was lined up perfectly. My neighbor thought he was wonderful and wanted to let Goan Locksmith know that she was highly pleased. Both of us would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Excellent! Goan Locksmith tried to help us over the phone with the problem because there was a chance that it was caused by the deadbolt lock itself. He did this to try to save us the cost of a service call. We tried his various suggestions but it became apparent that it wasn't the deadbolt lock. A locksmith came out prompty and immediately dtermined that the problem was caused by our house settling. He drilled into the door jamb. ground it out and realigned the plate and that cured the problem. Very professional service. We chose Goan Locksmith from Anglie's List because of their and quot;Aand quot; reputation and also how close they were to our house. We would definitely use them again.

It was a simple job, competently done. We were pleased at the promptness.

They were very thorough and came to find that it was y roof not the water heater. Since they in fact didn't actually work on anything they only charged me for half and hour. I feel they were very fair and honest. I will be calling them again in the future for any plumbing issue.

Initial phone contact was excellent; courteous and professional -- owned by Goan Brothers, Drew and Daniel. They came out the next day and were professional and quick. Their website says they are insured and bonded. The whole experience was excellent.
