Excellent. Juan and his team completed the job in one day and did excellent work! Very happy with the quality of the work.

Everything went perfect, This is the kind of contractor I want to deal with, BEST painter that I ever met, We did not give him any money to start the work, very clean and fast. also, his prices are very competitive. I think hiring an experienced painter is the key for a good job. Other contractors have to measure the job in order to quote the job and at the end they were very expensive.

Juan just as i told you earlier today that I would review your behavior. I am sure you will say that I am being dishonest just like you did with previous customers. I don't care God knows who I am and who I serve. You made a terrible first impression. I am not hear to list your faults or what you did to deserve this . Juan was very professional and punctual. He came in and provided a detailed quote by room, and made honest recommendations to reduce our costs and stay within budget. After speaking with other contractors, we decided to go with Juan. He came in and painted the entire interior of the home as per our specifications. He did minor drywall repair as needed at no extra cost. The work was very clean and precise. We are very happy with the outcome and will hire him for our next painting project.

Juan was extremely friendly, professional, punctual, and responsive to our needs. He provided a detailed breakdown of costs in his room-by-room estimate, including contingencies (if a second coat was needed, etc.). He had the entire house painted less than a week after we finalized our paint color choices. He provided guidance on materials and techniques when needed but was never overbearing. We are very pleased with the quality of the job - the paint looks just as we had hoped on the walls. Finally, he performed excellent clean-up and left the house looking better than when he arrived. We discussed what time is best for me and he honored that time and arrived at 7:30 sharp each morning. Also, announced when arriving, leaving, and even when moving to another room. • Meticulous, straight clean lines. • Provided written proposal with itemized cost per room prior to painting. At the end of the job, there were no surprises or hidden costs. The cost he quoted was the cost we paid. The price was very reasonable. I offered to pay some upfront and he declined saying he wanted to ensure 100% satisfaction before receiving any payment. • High quality Behr paint. • Respected our property. Covered furniture and flooring. There were no paint drops or smudges left behind. The work area was always neat and clean. I don’t know where he put the trash, but I never saw it. I suppose he had his own bag and took it with him each evening. • Organized and efficient. They started immediately upon arrival and had an efficient routine. The job only took 3 days. • Walk-through at end of job. I didn’t find any issues, but he pointed out a couple of minor items I never would have noticed and promptly resolved them. Honest to a fault. Juan was great! He called me shortly after I purchased the package and we set up a time. He was very nice and professional. Just talking to him about the job I felt comfortable that he was an expert in his field. He was very knowledgeable. He called me the morning we chose and he showed up on time. He got right to work and finished it during the time frame he had given me. I will use him again and will pass his name on to friends and family.

Juan was PHENOMENAL! He just finished the job today and we are blown away by how beautiful the house looks. We recently bought a house and the previous owners did a very sloppy paint job before us. Juan patched up all of the holes and marks and made sure to do all of the prep work before the actual painting. I have never seen such sharp and clean lines - we have a lot of trim and crown molding in our main room as well as a vaulted ceiling. It looks so fresh and new!! Another thing to note - Juan is a very stand up and also very specific and careful when it comes to agreements. He always double checked everything with us, and had us write down specifically what we wanted to do. There were never any questions as to the scope of work, or the prices. He broke down everything down to the cost for each room, and the specific parts of each room (i.e. trim cost, wall cost, ceiling cost, etc.) so we could budget everything better. We received another quote before Juan started, and not only was it more expensive (almost $1000 more), but you could tell the other guy was not interested in telling us how much certain aspects cost - he would only quote the entire house, instead of breaking it down room by room like we wanted so we could budget. You can tell Juan is much more meticulous and passionate about doing a great job. I am so happy with his work and I would definitely use him again. It's clear from all the reviews and my own personal experience that Juan is indeed an excellent painter. Where he falls short is his professionalism and communication skills. I previously gave Juan an A rating, but I can no longer endorse his business after he literally insulted my integrity. I learned yesterday that he undercharged me $230 for the last project over two months ago. He thought the best approach would be to play a game of cat and mouse where I call him and he tells me he is coming only to cancel multiple times. This went on for about a month. Just yesterday, when he was supposed to show up in the morning to finally get the job done (a project he strongly suggested and had me buy $100 worth of paint) he no showed and texted me to find another painter. I was baffled! He later explained that I intentionally underpaid him (despite me paying the amount he requested). I just can't get over the fact that instead of choosing to approach me with a revised invoice, he chose to insult me and abandon the project. We literally had thousands of dollars of work lined up for Juan and he just threw it away over $200. Reading the other poor reviews, I'm glad to know he is consistent with this behavior and it wasn't just me.

As others have shared, Juan simply didn't show. Didn't call or text to explain. Not cool.

I have used Juan's services in the past and called him this second time to provide more painting services. We have used other painters and really appreciate the skill and care that Juan takes in painting. He provided good direction on the type of paint and how the project would go. He worked diligently to finish the project in a few days, even coming out on a Saturday morning to finish the job. We were happy with the outcome and plan to use Juan again for projects that we have planned.

Juan with Five Star Rated Painting painted the interior walls of our newly constructed house. He walked through the house room by room discussing and explaining paint finishes, colors, and how he would paint each room at our first meeting. He provided an itemized pricing list per room and even provided paint receipts. His prices were by far the most fair, especially given the quality of the work. He was communicative from the start and let us know how the house was progressing via text. He started early and worked late each day getting the job done quickly. Juan did a fantastic job with an amazing attention to detail and is a hardworking, honest individual. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! This is the second time I have used Juan and will do so again in the future. He is very professional and cares about his work. Juan was great from the start. He responded promptly to all messages, was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on paint types and finish options. The quote was broken down into really good detail so we could see the exact cost of each activity. The job started and finished on time and we are VERY happy with the finish and the cleanliness of the house after he left. We highly recommend Juan and will definitely have him back to finish the last few bedrooms.

Provider came to my house and provided a quote for all of the painting. We agreed upon the quote and picked out our paint color. We agreed upon a start date and I took off time from work to have him come by and start the job. The day of the job, he did not show, so I texted him to see where he was. He gave me an elaborate story of a car accident he was just in, and then said he would replace some parts on his vehicle, and "one way or another, I will get your work done, promise, thank for being nice and not getting mad after all of this, Ill be there between 7:30 and 8".He never showed, and never answered my calls nor texts. Looking through the latest reviews for this vendor, I see that another person had a similar experience on 1/11/16. I have saved his text communication on my phone as proof of his inadequacy and unprofessionalism.

Juan had done some sheetrock repair and painitng work for me earlier on another home and I was very pleased with the work. I contracted with him to do some sheetrock repair on a 2nd home and a date was set for him to start. I took the day off so that he could do the work (a 2 day job) and when he did not show up on time I sent him a text - he advised me that he had a family emergency and could not come. We set a new time for the following Saturday but then he stopped replying to my text messages to reconfirm his arrival and did not answer my phone calls. And he never did show up or contact me - and he became totally uncontactable. I had no problem with the qualtiy of his work but he does not take his committments to his clients seriously and does not respond to text messages and phone calls when there is a problem. Bottom line - unreliable.

When the scheduled date and time came, he never arrived. An emergency had come up and his wife texted me later to let me know. I understand these things happened and I appreciate the contact, late though it may be. We rescheduled for Monday, 11JAN16 at 730. Date and time arrived again, Juan never showed again. I tried again to contact him until about 900, never received a response, despite two phone calls, one voicemail, and two text messages. I understand emergencies happen, but I would expect after missing an appointment the previous week, that some effort would be made to contact me when a second appointment was going to be missed.

We closed on a home in December and wanted to get it painted before the end of the year. Because of issues with the bank delaying closing, it was the middle of the month before we closed. I had Juan come out and give us an estimate. Juan came by and I explained what we need done, and that we needed the job be completed by the end of the year. Juan and I walked through every room to be painted, he looked at the existing paint on the walls, the paint on the moldings, pointed out areas that need special attention. Juan explained what he believed would be the best paint for the job, and discussed the different types of paint available. The next day Juan sent me a detailed quote showing the price to paint each room, breaking down the cost of labor and the cost of the paint. I had several other quotes, none were as detailed as Juan's, and all were considerably higher. I chose Juan, and my wife and I are glad we did. Juan arrived early each morning and put in a full day. He did an excellent job for a fair price. He completed the prep work and painting we needed done on schedule. I intend to call Juan with all my painting needs, and would highly recommend him to family or friends.

Painted entire interior of 3200sqft home and repaired a hand full of cracks. He gave us the option of buying the paint ourselves, which saved us a lot of money. He also provided suggestions on paint type and finishes that would be best for our needs and overall look the best. What was most impressive was that he finished the job by himself in the same time that other companies were quoting a team would take. This just showed me that sometimes a company will send an estimator to your home that has does not have experience doing the actual labor and will over quote the entire job. Juan quotes the job and performs the job. Juan was a very humble and honest individual and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Juan arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He's a perfectionist, like me, so that was very good. He did an excellent job and I was very pleased with his work. His prices are more than reasonable, also. I will definitely use him again.

I have a rental house and I called Juan for an estimate. We agreed on a time and he was on time. We discussed which rooms and trim needed to be painted. A friend that had rented it had painted ceiling, walls and hallway dark brown that made the rooms very dark. Juan told me to choose several colors of sample paint, he put them on the wall and then we decided which would be best. He was able to start the next morning, so in two days it was finished. It looks great. There was a wall crack that is now stable but had been opening, repaired, then opening for years, that he fixed and it is now invisible. His work is excellent, it took extra coats to cover some walls which he did. It is an older house. My Realtor loved the color change and quality of the job. Juan was easy to work with.
