Juan did a great job, did it quickly, and handled everything professionally. We would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again... in fact, we plan to call him this afternoon for another project. I'd give him an A+ if it was an option.

Juan provided excellent advice on the type and quality of paint to use along with color suggestions for the ceiling and elsewhere in our home. Juan handled small patch work and other repairs in a quality manner. Should we decide to change any of the colors in our house, I will again call Juan for sure. Because Juan is busy, you may need to have some flexibility in the schedule but Juan is capable about handling a lot of work. I highly recommend Juan.

We had almost the whole interior of our new home to repaint including sanding faux stucco walls and removing wallpaper. Juan is a professional who cares that whatever he undertakes is done perfectly and he even hesitated to paint one of our walls when he thought the color looked different on a wall than on the swatch so he painted a small square on the wall, and had us look at it to make sure it was what we wanted before continuing. The house was covered in dust from the sanding but he made sure it was all cleaned up before wrapping up. After we remodel our shower we will have him back to paint the bathroom.

Juan and his crew showed up on time and completed the job on time to the schedule we agreed. We had just bought the home and wanted to make sure the home was completely painted before moving in the following week. We did negotiation some up charges due to the height of some of our walls in a couple of rooms and the premium paint that we selected. The previous paint was very bright and Juan and his team took the time to make sure everything came out to our satisfaction. Thanks Juan!

While Juan appears to be a nice guy, that is not enough. Admitting that he made a mistake is start, but I should not have to take responsibility for his mistake. Taking responsibility for your word and action is a MUST for any business owner.

This is the second time we have used Juan and he did a great job again. We really appreciate Juan's high standards and the quality of his work. He is extremely meticulous and very concerned that his painting is perfect. The color in our bedroom is a deep blue and required that the edging and trim work be perfect. We have found Juan to be honest, straight forward, and very professional. He takes the necessary time to prep correctly and the results are outstanding! We will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a painter who does high quality work.

Juan exhibited extreme professionalism. He was prompt, and did beautiful work. When one of his guys didn't do some of the sills to suit him, he had the work done over (even though they looked pretty good to me), This was all done timely and at our convenience. We were very pleased and will be using Juan in the future.

Juan and his crew painted three of our rooms. I purchased the Angie's list special. For quality, Juan and his crew did a great job. He is a professional painter and the work really shows. His team worked quietly, courteously, and were respectful while doing some of the work while we were at home. With some of the work that required more detail, Juan was a pro with no blue tape needed. I plan to use their services in the future.

We called to set up an appointment for Juan to give us a quote. He texted us that he would meet at our house at 8AM this morning, and that he could do the job (repainting several rooms in a 2,000 sq ft house) by the end of the week. However, this morning he didn't show up - we waited for over an hour. We tried to call him, and he didn't pick up his phone. We didn't receive any text messages that would indicate he needed to cancel our appointment. Needless to say, we will be giving our business to someone else more professional.

I dealt with Juan who seemed on top of things at the get go. We were living in another city so we had him meet my in laws at the house to give us an estimate. I guess there was a lack of communication on both ends because I don't think Juan gave us an accurate quote. There were several blanked out areas and it didn't include repairs we asked for. Afterwards, I figured I'd meet him at the house to make sure he knew what we wanted for an accurate quote. We had it scheduled for That weekend but he ended up canceling on me the day before. I called him and told him I needed an accurate quote and he assured me if I counted the number of drywall repairs and just tell him, he could tell me how much it would be. So I did that and he still wouldn't give me an estimate. I told him I wanted him to meet me at the house still to show him then decided he didn't want my work. He sent me a text and wished me "GOOD LUCK" I guess it's too much trouble to ask for an accurate estimate... :/

I just purchased this home a few weeks again, and I moved in the home two days ago. It was very important to me that the interior be painted before I moved into the home. I felt it would be easier for everyone if there was no furniture to move. I purchased the big deal because I felt it was a reasonable price to paint the interior. I called Juan the painter on Tuesday and then we met on Thursday to discuss any additional fees. I assumed there would be additional fees because the walls in my living room are over 9ft and 9ft was the limit for the deal. Juan and his crew started on Friday evening and finished up on Sunday morning. I am absolutely happy with the work. Juan allowed me to choose three different paint colors. I love the colors I chose and they look wonderful on my walls. Juan is a true professional and I truly enjoyed his work. He was also very accomodating. He was very busy at the time, but he was able to squeeze my house in to paint before I moved. Also I wasn't charged any additional fees, even though I had walls over 9ft and they had to use a special paint because I have wallpaper on one of the walls. I'm sure that most painters would have tacked on a few hundred dollars for the ceiling and the wallpaper. I don't plan on having anything else painted for some time, but I would definitely call Juan again if I decide to paint again.

Juan was easy to work with, and I appreciated his flexible schedule -- he was able to come several days before the scheduled date, which was great because it allowed the paint more time to dry before I moved in. Juan is very honest, caring and goodhearted; he was straightforward with me about my paint job, and even suggested I save my money, considering I'm investing it in a place that I'm only renting. All in all, Juan was a pleasure to work with, and I would most definitely hire him again. My walls look great!

The service dates where 4/8/14-4/11/14 and it started of good. Juan arrived on time and got right to work. Later on my wife noticed there was a puddle of water on the floor. She thought nothing if it just some water spilled. After the work was done for the day and the painters have left, my wife does a walk though to make sure things are looking good. We'll she noticed that her personal hygiene items were moved from underneath the cabinet. My wife was very upset and uncomfortable after that being that there were tampons, sanitary pads, and summers eve products. These guys had no reason to be in that cabinet because it didn't need painting. The next day my wife addresses her concerns about it and immediately Juan stormed out the door quitting the job and almost leaving unfinished work from the day before. For some reason he decided to come back and talk about it. He claims to have been doing my wife a favor by removing the items because there was a leak. There was no leak and we have never had a leak in that restroom and my wife was explaining that to him, but he did care. Later we noticed there was paint all around these same pips, conclusion paint was being poured down my drains by him or his assistant and that may have caused some water overflow, but this wasn't said to us......and I wonder why.....Juan also gave me an estimate and later asking if he would do some additional task he said yes but wanting to change the price. For example: He painted baseboards and charged $50.00 for one room he wanted to charge $80.00 for another room being that the rooms were the same size/ smaller, which he explained that all baseboards cost the same. The door that he painted need another coat, which we paid for two coat advised by him that would give a perfect coat. Juan is not professional and honest. It really blow my mind for him to walk out on the job the second day there was uncalled for no one made him fill uncomfortable at all, in fact the uncomfortable one was my wife and I forgot this they put those personal items in my coded door closet. Those items could have been placed on the side in the restroom/bedroom or better yet advices my wife that things needed to be moved and she could make the decision. This experience was the worse and I'm not sure if I will be using Angie's List again for any service.

I highly recommend Juan and his team. They were very professional, always on time and the work they did was nothing short of excellent. I would never use another paint contractor again. Juan himself was here painting and supervising for the entire duration of the job and nothing was a problem for him. AAA+++

Juan was very professional and punctual. It took him 4 days to complete the job and he and his crew were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Juan is a very honest and professional which can be hard to come by when searching for contractors to complete work. The work they performed was flawless and he could easily charge 50% more than he does and still be the best deal. Since he has a small-scale operation, you don't pay for the overhead of a secretary, advertising, and etc. He did my house at 3.3k when I had contractors quote me 5-10k, just to give you an idea. If you're shopping the other guys you can stop looking and go with Juan. He stays booked for good reason.

They did a very nice job and they responded promptly. He was very helpful, very outgoing and very professional.

Juan arrived on the date and time promised. He finished the project on time and came in on budget. I wanted my dining room painted a very deep navy and Juan did a terrific job. The drywall has rounded corners and lots of trim detail. My husband and I were very impressed with how well Juan handled this detail work. He was very meticulous. The job was flawless in both rooms and he was extremely professional and polite. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to our friends and family.

I had Juan come over to my house to give me an estimate for painting of the whole interior of my 1700 sq ft home on March 4, 2014. He arrived with a helper, and I was initially impressed with his honesty and attitude. We were going over all of the details of the paint work that I wanted, but I was not sure yet what color of paint that I wanted to use. I did not see how this issue affected completing the estimate as I was going to purchase the paint myself as Juan requires of his clients. But, Juan insisted that we re-schedule the estimate so I trusted him and off he went. We decided to schedule him to come back on March 18, 2014. Unfortunately, I had to cancel as I had last minute plans to go to North Carolina to house hunt. While I understand I did him a disservice by canceling, I told him to take on other jobs, which he did so there was no harm/no foul. I contacted Juan again a couple of weeks later, and we agreed to have him work at my house from April 28-April 30. We would complete the official estimate and buy paint on April 28 and have him start right away. I texted Juan on April 27 to confirm our booked appointment. He told me that he was 2 days behind schedule. Ok I thought, I would forgive him and give him a second chance. On April 30, Juan did not show up to my house as he promised. I texted him and was told that he was having problems with his employees. He promised to start work at my house on May 1 at 7am, even if he had to do the work by himself. On May 1, I waited at my house until 8:30am with no signs of Juan. I texted him that I was through waiting for him and that I was going to hire someone else. He replied with an apology and just said that he was having bad luck and wished me good luck in the future. Needless to say, this whole ordeal has been unpleasant for me as I wasted a lot of time and will have to waste another 2-3 weeks looking for another painter. Juan, I am not trying to bash your company. You are an honest guy who probably did have some recent bad luck. But I am very disappointed that you were not able to uphold your promises to me. I would highly recommend hiring an office manager to handle your scheduling and hiring a foreman to deal with your employees so you can focus on painting, which according to other customers, you are very good at. Unfortunately, I was not able to see nor confirm any of the accolades that your other customers claim here on Angie's List. Just beware, as his reviews show, Juan is very HIT or MISS. From my experience, I can see how the "F" reviewers felt as I felt that Juan abandoned me as well. He is very defensive of his F grades, but this time, he really dropped the ball.

I would definitely use them again. They had given me the quote 2 weeks before. They were booked but they were able to give me an exact date. They called the day before and told me what time they would come. The gentleman was on time and finished quicker than we expected. He let me use a discount code. I had additional work that I wanted him to do and we worked out the price. He asked me what I thought was fair.

This is the 2nd time I have used Juan in the past 3 months. Once again, Juan is very professional and his work is outstanding. His bid is ALWAYS lower than the competition and he provides honest feedback even if it means more work for him. I consider Juan to be our 'go to painter' and will not use anyone else. Juan painted 2 bedrooms for us. 1 bedroom was 2 different colors and he trimmed the lines perfectly. He also painted a back door. Juan takes his time to perform the work to satisfaction. I really wish all service providers were as honest and outstanding as Juan. We have a few other upcoming project that we will use Juan again for in the near future.

Juan was very professional and his work was as flawless as it could be. He wound up having to do a little more texture work on one of the walls than he originally thought but still charged us the original estimated amount. His price was better than 2 other estimates we got but we would have paid more! And he did not want payment until he knew we were satisfied with the work. He is an honest and genuine person as well. We will definitely call Juan again when we need any painting or finishing done.

Juan showed up on time at the end of January to give me an estimate. He gave me a price based on each item I needed done. He said he was willing to work with me since I had many small areas (walls, ceilings, trim, and doors) that needed to be painted and that I was not in a rush to have the work completed since I was trying to clean each room preparing to put my house on the market to sell. He agreed to work me in between his larger jobs as long as each time I had one day's worth of work to do. Not sure how much paint I would need for the whole project, he came out and reviewed my project and advised me as to how much paint I should purchase. He even allowed me to use his Pro account at Home Depot to get a discount on the paint. I purchased the paint and called him to let him know I was ready for him when he had an open day. He did call one time before I purchased the paint, but I was out of town and returned his call when I returned, leaving a message to explain that I had been out of town when he called...I waited for him to return my call, and waited for him to call, and waited and waited, calling him periodically leaving messages asking him to return my call. I finally left a message telling him that if he was not interested in doing my job anymore, he should call me and tell me. His actions were very unprofessional. I am very disappointed since Juan seemed like a very nice and thoughtful person who was trying to maintain the reputation of his company.

Everything was great! They did such a fine job, if I could give them an A+ I would. I am beyond satisfied with the results and if I need a painter in the future I know who to call.
